This is not the same sandal I have been purchasing for years. The worst thing about it is the change in the material. It ilike hard plasstic now instead of cushy rubber (dont think it was ever rubber, but you get the idea) THe strap is looser and the toe bed is rounder and wider. Sorry to say I have to find another everday sandal now and I have a lot of this shoe in most of the colors.

The straps on these were way too loose. No way they would stay on my feet unless I walked with my toes curled in a death grip. They were back in the bag 10 seconds after opening them. Too bad, because the color, material and foot bed were just what I was looking for.

These sandals are very wide. Length is OK, but my feet slide around in them. I wish there were a way to tighten the top.

The straps on the flip flops are so oddly placed, they impact not only the look of the flip flop but also the look of my foot, and neither in good ways. While I do need a flip flop with arch support and comfort straps, this is just too much. I wanted to like this, but they are not for me.

I have always worn Keen or Oluki flip flops. These looked similar, so I thought I would try them. They are light weight and have a high arch that I like. But they are NOT comfortable! The part between your toes is offset a bit and they feel like they are slipp ing off as you walk. Would not buy again.

I usually buy OOFOS, but I thought I would give Hoka a chance since I have the tennis shoes from Hoka. They are a little too loose and hard to keep on compared to the OOFOS.

I loved these at first. But over time I noticed that my right toe would become sore after wearing them. I looked closer and discovered that while the toe strap on the left was only 1 1/4 inch, the one on the right was almost 1 1/2 inch. As a result, I was constantly flexing my right toe to try to keep the shoe on. In the future I might consider ordering the men's style, as it's strap is different, and I do like the supportive sole. Am wondering if Hoka would replace my flips since they are defective?

This pair I just got in would be my 3rd pair. I pulled it out of the box and thought, "This seems small". I compared to the pair I currently have, that is the same size, and it is a little over a half inch shorter (Yes, I measured!). Hokas already run small and now they are reducing length. I'm keeping them because the size is fine. I just like my shoes a little bit big because I walk constantly. Hopefully shoes are not trying shrinkflation, because feet don't change size!!

Not as "plush" as I would like. Matter of fact, there is little to none starting mid-foot and especially at the toes, its very very thin. Overpriced for what Hoka promises.

I love this Hoka Sandal --I am replacing a pair I had for several years. This pair however has a design flaw--the thong part that goes between the toes and attaches to the top of the sandal is much too long. The sandal literally flops down and I can't walk right at all. I'd like to return them for a different pair but I'm afraid another pair would be the same way. So disappointed. Just a bad batch or truly a design or execution flaw.

I really liked them until I stepped on some gravel and it went right through the shoe. I thought it was a nail. Super disappointed.

The sole is too slippery and the footbed is too hard. Just not for me. Ran big because I usually wear this size in a flip flop.

Pretty disappointed. I wear a 9-1/2 hoka shoe but I bought a 9 in the flip-flops. I have been wearing them steadily for a month and initially loved them. Sadly, they have loosened up so much I can't wear them anymore. (I'm awaiting hip surgery so I'm a little extra cognizant about their sloppy feel... but mentioned it to a friend and she had the same experience. ) So out of the box... loved them.... but one month in, I will be retiring them. I would expect to get more than 5 weeks wear from a $60 flip-flop.

At first I thought I was going to love these recovery flip flops, lots of great cushion that felt wonderful on my feet. However after just walking around in my house, I realized they were taking too much effort to stay on my foot (having to grip with my toes). I am returning and purchasing the adjustable slides and hoping that works better for me. I wear an 8.5 in Hoka running shoes and the 8 in the sandals were the perfect length. Normal width, not too wide or narrow.

I am a Hoka 8 1/2 for sneakers. Unfortunately the 8 was too small in the flip and the 9 was huge .. I am so disappointed.. they looked and felt comfortable just my heel was over the end on the 8 and I was swimming in the 9.

The top is just too large while the bottom fits fine. This results in the shoe flopping on my foot. It needs an adjustable top.

I have 4 pair of Hoka Recovery Flips. It’s the only flip flop that is comfortable for my Hallux rigidus. These black ones are different and not in a good way. They’re cut smaller, my feet slip around on them and they are not as soft. I will be exchanging them for another color and will hope for the best.

The flip flop felt slippery to me and did not fit my foot well. How ever I love the Clifton 9 shoes!

The sole of the flip flop was perfect size and nice and cushiony. The straps across the top were so loose, that the shoe fell off as I walked. I thought maybe I had bought a wide shoe by mistake, but I didn't.

I have the recovery slides in size 9. I ordered the flip in size 9. I couldn't believe the difference in sizing. Sent back the 9's for 10's and although they are the same length as the 9 slides. They are sadly too big in the strap that comes across the top of the foot. So much so, they fall off my feet. I also noticed that the rocker is not as defined in the flip as the slide. I am returning the flip for a slide. I'm disappointed in the Hoka flip.

Would have liked to like these, but they are unwearable. They feel good to stand in, but something is wrong with the strap design, leave you unable to walk. It's way to loose and I have a thick foot. Foot of foot has no stability and slides all over. Gave to someone else and they also couldn't wear. Too bad, hard to find sandals with good arch support

I was excited to get these because I love my old ones and the new colors were very appealing. However, they've changed the strap over the top of the foot so that it's lower, more restrictive. It also is more narrow across the midfoot and where the straps connect to the shoe. Finally, and the most insufferable part which made me return them, the thong part that goes between the toes is harsh, sharp on the sides, rubs painfully. I tried walking around in them for a bit to see if I could get used to them but they were just too painful to wear.

I LOVED this Flip but the thong (between the toes) was too long and the strap was too loose. My foot was moving all around in them. And I have WIDE feet.. This was a size 6- I must have stability. Loved the look, cushion and everything else. so disappointed. :/
