I am so dissappointed that shoes are so much wider these days than they used to be. Is that because our population has gotten to be larger. My feet are wide, but these are SO wide!

I was excited to order Hoka Recovery Flips, but they were hard and very uncomfortable.

I really wanted to love these because you just can’t beat the comfort of a Hoka recovery sandal sole but the straps are way too loose. It’s as if the straps were made for men’s feet but even then they would have to have a pretty high arch. It was hard to capture it in the photo but I tried to take a picture to give you an idea of how much space I had before the top of my feet would touch the strap. It tough keeping the sandals on when I walked fast. I’m usually a size W9 and ordered the W9. Length and width was perfect, just not strap height. Unfortunately, will need to return and find something else.

Unfortunately, I had to return these. The length of the flip flop was fine, but the strap was so loose that these were rubbing and falling off my feet in my regular size. I couldn't have purchased a smaller size, because they would not have fit the length of my foot.

It fitted nicely to my ladies foot, but the texture felt so slippery! and even the sole was slippery! Compared to another brand, I felt I needed more texture and non slip feel. I like the color and the sz was fine.

These are not for someone with long toes and bunion. I got size 8 M , but the toes and bunion were sticking out. I tried size 9 M and it was too loose and big. Returned them both

I'm really sad about returning these. I wanted to love them so much. I read that Hoka was the best for Fibromyalgia and so many other foot problems. But I tried them and I'm just in pain :( They are too big so I tried using moleskin between my foot and the strap. I thought the bottom was going to be just the right cushioning at first but no joy. I'm really bummed.

I loved the soles of these, they were like walking on clouds, but unfortunately I'm returning them because the straps are SHARP!

Runs really small and narrow

I have several different pairs of Hoka shoes, and I absolutely love them. The support is amazing and they massively improved my plantar fasciitis. However, the Flip missed the mark for me. I wear a 7.5D in Hoka sneakers and 7 in the Recovery Slides. A Hoka Fit Expert said all Hoka sandals have the same size footbed, so I’d be a 7 in the Flip. When I got the Flip, the footbed was indeed the perfect size. Unfortunately, the toe post is set so far back that my heels were hanging off the backs of the shoes and there was too much empty space in front of my toes. I exchanged them for a size 8, but while my heels were no longer hanging off the back, the strap was now too loose and there was still empty space in front of my toes. I spent a few hours walking around inside my house with them, but after the second time I nearly tripped I knew I had to return them. I was hoping the Flips in the men’s sizes would work better, but unfortunately the smallest size available for a men’s Flip is a 7 (I am a 5 in men’s shoes). Bummed as I really wanted a cute pair of supportive flip flops for this summer, but it looks like these just won’t work for me.
