I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have had a hard time finding good shoes that are comfortable and cute. I can't wear regular flip flops, they are too flat and my ankles and legs will hurt within an hour. The arch and curve in this shoe makes them comfortable and I can wear them all day!!! Not only that, they look sporty and are pedi perfect!!

These shoes transformed my PF. I wear these around the house (and occasionally forget to change out of them before going somewhere). I wouldn’t choose orange, but at least it makes them easier to find. ????

I had broken my left lower leg & ankle 3 yrs ago. I have hardware though in both. My podiatrist told me about Hoka flip flops being comfortable. I thought since it said "recovery" and his recommendation that I should order a pair since my shoe store didn't have my size to try. Received in the mail, I tried them on, and right away it gave me too much pressure in my left foot due to the very high arch and the low other areas. Although my foot is wide, the shoe is still too wide for me. I am sorry, but had to return them.

I really loved these but the fabric between the toes felt uncomfortable. If it were made with something else I think they'd have worked. The footbed felt great and I loved the color. I exchanged them for a different Hoka - fingers crossed they'll work.

This is my 4th pair of recovery flip flops. After 3 foot surgeries, I practically live in these year round. They offer the support I need and at the same time, are soft enough since I have a problem walking on hard surfaces.

I love the feel of the sole but the thong between my toes rubbed blisters on both feet. Bought them through a 3rd party and have worn them a couple of times to testcan't return. Try them before you buy if possible.

As much as I hated the fact that my podiatrist suggested these, he was absolutely correct. These are my at home shoes, to keep from walking barefoot and aggravating my achilles tendonitis. They made a huge difference in a short amount of time and I will continue to wear them even though I call them “my ugly shoes”.

I love Hoka. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and heel fat pad syndrome (no fat to cushion my heel bone). I can wear my custom orthotics in all shoes except sandals. These sandals provide enough cushion and support to be comfortable for me. Hoka runs very true to size and maybe even a little big. I normally wear 7.5 in their athletic shoes and a 7 fits well for me in these.

I have owned this same shoe in a slide and absolutely love them. I decided to irder the flip-flop style due to how much I like the slide. I only gave the flip-flop 4 stars in comfort because I wish that the toe material was thinner.

I have hallux limitus (issues with my big toe) and I loved my Hoka Bondi 7 so much that I wanted to try the recovery sandals. I love them so much! They are so comfortable and I dont understand why people say they are ugly. They are super cute and I will be wearing them everywhere this summer! I only have two things to say that could be improved on. Please offer more colors! I have the yellow and white ones and I love them. But would love more fun color options. Also, my foot is on the narrow side , I am a sz 6.5 generally. I bought the 6 in this shoe and while I can and will wear them, the width of the straps could stand to be a little less wide. I understand the shoe itself being wider (hence why it helps my feet) but the straps are kind of lose.

I have several pairs of Hokas. I love their athletic shoes so I thought I would give the recovery flip flops a try. Unfortunately, they were too loose and were a tripping danger I’m returning them. The depth between the strap going over your foot and the foot bed is too long. I actually have a high instep so it’s surprising.
