I wish the top strap was stretchy and soft. I only tried on the shoe around the house and knew that I had to return them.

The sole of the shoe was perfect and likely would have been a great shoe, but the straps were way too short. The design did not take into effect high insteps and both the strap over the ankle and toes were almost an inch too short to fasten. When I contacted the company, the initial response was to go to the next larger size. When I repeated that the sole was just right and wondered if the straps would be any longer on the next size, they offered a coupon for free return rather than the deduction of shipping costs from the refund. I opted simply to return the shoes rather than risk having to send another pair back, especially since the first pair took almost two weeks to be delivered. Good folks to work with but poorly thought-out design as far as the straps are concerned.

Just didn't feel comfortable. Part of the front rubbed against my big toe and I ended up sending them back. Bummer.

I reviewed this product earlier, but now that I've worn it for a longer period of time, I have calluses on the sides of my pinky toes and big toes and the back of my ankles feel sore, too. I thought that wearing the straps looser would fix the problems, but it didn't. I love Crocs and refuse to wear any other shoes because the rubber soles do a wonderful job of cushioning, especially when you're on your feet most of the day like me. That's the only reason why I gave these shoes 2 stars instead of 1, but straps that cause calluses and scrape against the skin until it's sore? That's not what I paid for!

I thought these would be ideal because they are so adjustable but there is a spot where the strap feeds through the shoe in the front that digs into the outside of my foot. I tried wearing around the house with a bandaid on that spot but no way to make comfortable. I am returning these and looking for alternative. As far as size I would say they run true to size because I wear a 7 1/2 and got size 8 which was a little big.

I really wanted to love these but the rubber which comes up around the toe area gave me blisters and I had to change shoes mid-day. The sole is amazing, the wonderful cushy comfort we all love from crocs but unfortunately I won't be able to wear these.

I can't wear this shoe. I have plantar fascitis. There is no padding as in most crocs, which I live in. These are hard-soled and feet hurt in 2 minutes,. Costs too much to return.

Would give no stars if I could. The ankle strap is made so you can not adjust it to the fullest length because of placement of the Velcro. Silly to have such a nice long strap and not be able to take advantage of it. I also am annoyed it cost me $12 + (shipping) to find this out. So much for their claim of "risk free."

Bought these to wear on vacation (beach). Rubbed blisters on my pinkie toes and came loose in the water at the ankle straps. Not the crocs quality I expected especially for the price. I haven't worn them except for the first day of vacation.

These sandals were defective. They hurt both of my feet on the sides due to sharp feeling material. I immediately returned them. I'm still waiting on my refund. I've bought many pairs of Crocs, and this was my first bad experience.

runs small. and I never was credited for my return. When I called customer service to inquire about my credit, because I had not saved the RMA number I was told I would not be recredited the amount.

I was surprised by how uncomfortable these sandals are. I have worn Crocs for many years in many different styles, but these were the second worst pair I've ever owned. The straps are very scratchy and uncomfortable, the sole is thinner than I imagined it would be, and the overall look of the sandal is not attractive. It looks like I've strapped a slice of rubber to my foot with some cheap velcro, which is how it felt to wear as well. I won't stop buying Crocs, but I think this shoe was a real miss.

I needed a pair of shoes that I can easily put on and take off for when I walk my dog. Although they are easy to wear, they hurt my feet so bad that I couldn't even complete my walk (maybe got as far as 2 blocks). The rubber on the outer sides kept rubbing and digging into my feet. I have narrow feet and the shape of my feet just didn't seem to fit these shoes. It's almost like I needed to walk with my feet turning inwards in order for them not to hurt. I wish that I could return these but unfortunately I won't be able to as they are no longer in "unworn" condition. Not sure what I will be doing with these shoes but will definitely not be wearing them again.

Just wasn't the shape of a normal foot. The toe part of the shoe was extremely wide, unlike any other Croc Shoe I own (and I have many). Really weird shoe.
