I love the style of these shoes (the platform is the perfect height) and I have another pair that is almost exactly the same that I love and wear all the time. So I purchased these thinking they would be the same just in a new color, however, these have a thicker back which make them easier to slip on but also much more uncomfortable. The thick back rubs against your heel really bad creating blisters. Maybe they would be more comfortable if I had sized up but this is the same size as my other pair which I have no problem with. Again I love the style but can barley wear these 30-minutes without getting serious blisters.

Within a year the sole has deteriorated so can't really wear them and shoe separated from sole early on. Big bummer!

I have many pairs of vans, always worn a size 7. I have classics, high tops, slip ons, all size 7. I ordered two platform slip ons and THEYRE TOO BIG?!?! So disappointed. What the heck vans. Why are these bigger than every other size 7 shoe I have bought from you?!?!

I exchanged these pair of shoes 3 times because they run big . I noticed the shoes after wearing them the first time that they came stained white on the stitching scratched can't figure out what it is very disappointing considering the hassle in getting the shoes . The sowing/thread on the bottom of the shoes shed strips are constantly running. I don't recommend this pair at all .

My shoe came off white and I ordered the true white ones. The rubber was dirty and looked they they've been worn. Very upset.

Like other reviewers have said, the canvas peels away from the rubber leaving significant gapping. Vans will lead you in a giant customer service nightmare.

I'm really bummed. Not sure if I got a misprint or something but the sepia color is two different colors. The checkered part is green and then the side part is brown. I was really confused at first because they look all brown in the picture.

I returned the shoes due to them being too big. I reordered, but never got them because can't find my address, But they found it the first time. So I can't review something I never got. Thanks have a great day!

Need to size up

I literally only bought these for photoshoots. meaning I put them on, and then I take them right off afterwards. I haven't "worn" them for any reason other than that. As you can see from the photo, the condition of the shoes are brand new. I noticed in this picture that the sole in the front is starting to separate from the outer rubber, and when I examined the shoe it is literally separating and a weird hole/gauge is forming. Yeah.... that's pretty crazy for shoes I've not even really worn. I could never recommend these to anyone. They look great but built awful.

I BOUGHT THEM AND ONLY WORE THEM MAYBE 5 TIMES AND THEY ARE FALLING APART IN EVERY WAY. VANS REALLY HAS LET THEIR QUALITY SLIDE WAYYYY DOWN. I HAVE A PAIR OF VANS FROM 10 YEARS AGO THAT I WORE ALL THRU HIGH SCHOOL AND THEY STILL HOLD UP. BUT NOT THESE NEW VANS THEY ARE MADE CHEAP AND COST WAY MORE THAN THEY USE TO

I tried a 8.5 and it was too tight. Tried the size 9 it was too big. I really wishes they fit right for some reason the cloud cushion vans fit me perfectly. I wish they made those in the platforms. I'm soo sad!

I am size 8 and I have other vans that fit perfect, I bought this in. Size 8 as usual and it came HUGE they seam to be 9

Coming apart after three weeks of normal use, will see how easy it is to get a replacement pair.. Like how the platform makes you a little taller though.

These were a Christmas gift from my daughter who loves Vans. She has had multiple pairs over the last few year and no issues. This is my third pair and I like the variety of designs and they are comfortable. However, the very first time I wore these the glue at the fabric and sole edge came undone!! So this was an absolute waste because they can't be worn again.
