Runs small... Size 13 is more like a size 11 and a half. Also very narrow not at all a relaxed fitting shoe. In addition to the weird feeling your feet get with the inside of the shoe. I do not recommend this

I have worn crocs from the beginning. They usually have great arch support and always feel good. I was so hopeful these would be too!

I have no idea why Crocs wants a review from this last purchase. The shipping was fast enough. They were packaged okay. Plastic bag, without the signature box with the holes. But I was willing to allow the new packaging if I liked the comfort of the shoes. My models of preference is the Islander, followed by the Islander Sport. These have been very good fit for me over the years. I've got about 10 pairs which are totally unsafe to wear anymore as the soles have worn down to almost bald tires. If the walkway is even partially wet, I take my life in my own hands to cross. Anyway I received these shoes. They looked nice enough. I'd slip them on and see that I loved them and buy lots more pairs. At least that was my plan. I could get my big toe easily into the first shoe. Trying to get the rest of the foot in was a very painful experience. I kept having flashbacks of trying to put my size 13 foot into a size -4 baby shoe. Not that I've ever tried before this experience. It was very difficult, but I managed to wedge my first foot inside. It wasn't overly pleasant. But I gave it a "I'd better try both" to be sure. I went to try the other shoe. Again the thought of slipping these off at the end of a long day seemed impossible. Just trying to get past the big toe again, and it was a lot of contortion. Like the old jeans ads where the slim girl is shinnying up to fit into the too small size. But I managed to squeeze myself in, and they were so very tight. Not at all something I'd be able to do without a lot of bending and pushing. I managed to get them off and back in the bag. Figured I take to a local store for a quick replacement. But in reading the return policy I found a paypal purchase is only returnable for store credit. I opted for the $7 loss to just box it up. Request an RMA and send them back. Hopefully I'll find more Islander or Islander Sport models in my size somewhere. I do miss this model. If anyone knows of a way to re-etch the bottom of the soles... Please.
