Tread began separating from bottom of shoe after 4 weeks.

The tongue of the shoe will not stay underneath the Velcro strap. No matter how tight I make the Velcro, within minutes the tongue is sticking out below where the strap comes across the shoe. We love Zappos and always buy Nikes, but this shoe is extremely disappointing.

This shoe is falling apart not even 12 weeks later- and my son wears a couple pair of shoes a week. Not just these daily. Skip these and go for another.....

Pretty bad design. The tongues continually come out from under the Velcro and it’s terribly annoying - my son needs to fix it over and over each day. Would return if we could.

Poor quality. My 6yo has only worn these shoes a few times and they’ve already fallen apart! I would understand if these were his everyday school shoes but we’ve worn these to the playground a couple of times and out to dinner and the soles are completely off already in <1 month.

I felt that there needs to be a truer kids measuring guide.

I bought these shoes for my 7 year old. He wore them twice and his feet & shoes smell SO SO bad inside that I am throwing them away. He has many other shoes that he wears and not once I had to deal with this problem. Not sure what insoles are made out of but this is beyond crazy smell. Don't buy these. They are bad!

We only buy Nikes for our son who is 5 and has narrow feet. We have always had good experiences with Nike but this shoe was the exception. 3 days after getting the stitching was unraveling. By two weeks the shoes were unraveling in several places the laces part was curved and fraying and now after having them 6 weeks the tounge on the right shoe is literally hanging by one thread and won’t make it thru the weekend. we are having to buy new shoes and at the price of $48 that is unacceptable for just 6 weeks of wear. I will definitely not buy or recommend the Star Runner. We have had success with several pairs of the Nike Flex and Nike Free RN In the past and due to my son’s narrow foot will continue to buy Nike’s. But this was a bad experience. Stay away from the Star Runner.

Paid $25 for next day shipment. I got an email the next day saying the shipped. Will arrive the following day. So, now that you are owned by Amazon, I can't use my Prime membership to get it in 2 days? Instead, I pay for one-day shipping ($25!!!!) and I get it in the same amount of time as I get it from Amazon as part of my Prime membership? Terrible service. Last time I'm buying from Zappos.
