I purchased 8 pairs of Ember MOCs for the holidays. We quickly found that all size 14's with yellow inserts had inserts that were too large for the shoe. Seemed like a simple fix... some new inserts. Wrong... After a 1 hour call to TEVA nothing is resolved and had an awful experience trying to work through their processes to fix their issue. The manager I spoke with was aggressive and stated it was the vendor that sold me the shoe that shoe fix it. If you didn't buy it directly from them don't expect much. Sadly I will no longer purchase TEVA products after this.

I was excited to get this shoe, at first I thought these are amazing, then as I walked around in them, the front has no structure or support. Overall I was disappointed, I really wanted to like these.

Way too tight across the top of the foot along with the reinforced pull-loop makes these painful to wear

Purchased as gift for husband, didn't give to him. They are cool looking shoes, but I was disappointed in their level of comfort, NOT. The outside shell was nice, quilted as expected, but the sole was like walking on a piece of cardboard. Honestly, I thought they'd be nice and comfy. Nope. Hard, felt like zero padding. I'm in the process of trying to return them. Problem is, there was no invoice in the delivery box, not a single piece of paper inside. Fingers crossed.

Well this is advertised as a super comfortable stretchy slip on slipper shoe hybrid but the one part that should stretch doesn't. The big elastic looking band around the mid top of the foot does not stretch at all. Guess my foots to thick cause it would not fit in the shoe. I was super sad cause I loved the look and idea behind these shoes. I was let down with that being said I guess it's a me problem and I'm sure someone with regular feet would LOVE these shoes cause they seem so comfortable!

Top is too tight

I love these shoes, I love the look, I love the feel but... For those of us with fat wise feet they just don't work! I wish there was an extra wide option, or at least that width was stated! I have very wide feet ( I wear a 10.5 but usually get 11.5 to compensate) and a 12 didn't fit, the sides are not very flexible. I'm used to this with shoes by now, and i'm not upset! just bummed out!, I really wanted to wear these cool shoes! I will totally recommend to my skinny foot friends though!

Shoes look great, but the sole/foot bed is weird and extremely uncomfortable. I like Teva's but this is a fail.

The size was too small

I was so excited to receive these as a Christmas gift. I have had my eye on them for months. I tried them on as soon as they arrived and instantly noticed that the left insole was all rippled and bunched up and made wearing them impossible. Super bummed out because I really liked the design

too small. I returned the product for a different size and have not received a replacement yet after 2 weeks
