These slippers feel pretty good when you are wearing them. I gave them 4 stars because I love them and they are great. But they aren't the most stylish and get too hot sometimes.

These are great camp shoes but they are not really good for much else. They are relatively lightweight and very warm. The soles are not very tough and there is little to no support. The shoes are basically formless so your feet slide around inside them. The best way of describing it is the feeling of wearing sandals that are too small so part of your feet are hanging over the edge. They didn’t meet my needs for taking the dogs out and light use but they may be perfect for someone who needs a cold weather camp shoe or light use slipper.

in 5 years I've had 2 pairs. the reason i bought a 2nd pair was that my dog destroyed the insole on one of the 1st pair. could not find the insole anywhere. this tells you how much they last if taken care of! my 2nd pair is on the 2nd year & insole is still ok (outter is almost as new). I've worn them while shoveling snow keeping feet warm. the only reason i i'm not giving these 5 stars is due to not being able to buy the same insoles online. other than that i would recommend these slippers without thinking twice (those that I've recommended these, love them). To The North Face design team: GREAT JOB on the thermoball mule slippers

I live in Chicago, and these slippers are great. Indoors, they keep ones feet very warm (almost ooo warm, as the feet can get a bit sweaty). They can be worn out for short periods, and I have done so in Chicago winter and my feet were nice and warm. I usually wear a 10, and that's what I got, without socks, there is some empty room around the toes , but that is okay for slippers, and with socks they fit just right. One point is, they have a fairly large footprint.

It's a nice bed slipper to wear outside but could be designed closer to a regular shoe for appeal and sizing without repoor.

Absolutely love the shoes. Only thing I would add is a touch more cushioning, but other than that they are perfect for a base camp shoe. I needed something in the winter where flip-flops would not work and these fit the bill.

Very comfortable shoe. Perfect for post ski walk to the car and in and out of the hot tub. Packs down easily in my backpack. Rubber soles are grippy and the inside of the shoe is a dream. The construction is such that you can wear these around for errands. I got the multi cam pattern and they are wickedly cool. I would buy these again or gift them in a heartbeat..

They are very comfortable and keep your feet nice and warm. Just wish they were a little easier to slip on. They do run a little tight. I would only recommend to wear in the winter. Once spring time hits, you don't really need them. In fact, your feet start to sweat.

The slippers are warm, and comfortable. However, the quality control seems to come up short since the left slipper is really tight over the top of my foot, and the right one is perfect. Normal feet, never had this problem anywhere else. Sizing is a little suspect?

Too shiny, and how did I miss seeing the white soles in the website photos? No way would I want to keep them, white will quickly look grubby. I chose the ginger color with black soles, much better. These could not be washable because they have card under the insole.

True to size and is warm and functional. They're a little wide and (although light) appear bulkier than I expected.

The Thermo-ball Mules were a step up from the previous slippers from 2015. The outer slipper and bottom of slipper wear very nicely the heal and innersole should be improved. If that happens, these will be the best, warmest slippers on earth. My suggestion would be to sell these with a heavy winter insole and a light breathable summer insole. That might drive the price a bit, but for those looking to have a year round slipper I think they would gladly pay for them. I also wish that TNF would sell the correct insole to replace the old ones. After calling, I found out that TNF will refer you to the manufacturer. Combined with the rear section that does wear out is the reason the slipper did not get 5 stars.

First pair sent back, inside seam had hard piece inside which dug into my foot. Shoes would fit better if there was more insulation and were not so wide

This is the third pair of these shoes I’ve owned. While they’re essentially the same as the previous version (Mule 1), they’re ugly in appearance and more expensive.
