order a size up please! luckily i read the reviews... all suggesting to order a size up. I normally wear a 6.5 to 7 but so lucky i ordered a size up to 39 which is 8.5 and they fit.

These shoes are so cut and comfy!! Loved them so much I bought 7 different colors!! They run small.... I typically wear a size 9.5 but wear a size 41 in these shoes.

I ordered a 39 and 40 to see which was better. I go between these sizes depending on the shoe style. They do flip and flop and slap the bottom of the foot just as much as any other 'thong' or flip flop style of sandal. There was little difference to me in the sizing, and although these tend to run narrow, I kept the 39. Not sure how much the woven material will stretch as it wears and as I just bought them as a summer 'slipper' to wear around the house or on short errands, I think the smaller shoe will be fine. They sure are cute!

I kinda like these sandals. I got the black metallic and it's actually a pretty neat color but not what I expected. I was tempted to keep them anyway, but after reading the other review I had to put them on again to see if I felt they were ill fitting. They do flip flop as I walk but I'm not sure that slides won't do that. I tried on a few other slides I have at home and they all flip flop to varying degrees. If the shoe has a strap higher up on my foot it does flop less (makes sense). I don't really notice much for arch support but I also don't have an issue with this shoe about that. (like in converse where it's so flat). It seems ok comfortable to me. Either way, the shoe seems fine and price is not bad, just not what I quite wanted. I got a 39 for my typically size 8.5-9 size foot. I find almost always I need a 39 in European sizing although sometimes the conversion will tell me to get a 40.

My sister had a pair on a trip and said they were very comfortable, and most women need this type of shoe when on vacation. Now I have to get my second pair.

The "toe box" area closer to the toes was extremely snug while the part towards the mid-arch was a bit loose making for an odd fit. I also have fairly wide feet too...

I purchased the hot pink. These are very cute but that is all I can to about these shoes. I have a medium to wide foot. They slipped right on and as I walked in them around the house, I walked out of the shoe. So very disappointing. A previous reviewer had the right idea of a strap in back. I am returning them.

Unfortunately these shoes were very uncomfortable. The soles were hard, no cush at all.

The only good thing about this sandal is that it's cute! It has absolutely no support. It's a thick pancake with a loosely woven strap across the foot. That strap is placed too forward on the sole because it flip flops when you walk. Feels awful and sounds awful. I've never put a Bernie Mev shoe on that I didn't rip off immediately!
