My daughter has worn them less than a handful of times and one of the straps has half broken off. The metal toggle that holds it on seems to have just fallen off?

Bought a pair of these on Amazon and I'm not too happy with them... they are super cute and my daughter is comfortable in them... until she starts jumping in puddles and they get filled with water- not quite tall enough for an extreme puddle jumper. Will not buy again, next time I'll get a taller pair. **Probably okay with those kind of rain pants that have a foot strap to keep them down but we've not tested that.

We got a size larger from previous boots but they are the exact same size. I even removed the insole to measure and sure enough it was the same size if not smaller. Had to return.

I bought these for my four year old. One one boot, both of the loops for pulling the boot up fell off within the first 24 hours of wearing.

I bought these for my 5 year old daughter and they are super cute and glittery. I ended up returning them though because they had a really bad smell.

My daughter loves these but I’m sending them back due to the extremely strong plastic smell that didn’t go away after being out of the box a few days.

The first time daughter pulled them on using the handles one of the handles broke off the boot. Plus the label on the back was placed upside on one shoe. Poor quality

My 3 yr old absolutely loves these. But the smell is so bad I have to take them away and store them outdoors until the outgassing is finished. I don’t know how long it will take. This is hazardous and I’m surprised they would ship items like this. They should let the process happen at the manufacturer before shipping.

These boots are SUPER CUTE, easy to pull on, & fit my daughter’s unusual feet perfectly (she has a narrow foot & a high instep, both of which are somewhat uncommon in toddlers). That said, they smell *awful.* They’re made of PVC (which I hadn’t realized), & are still offgassing like you wouldn’t believe upon being unboxed. While I might be willing to pick up a used pair someday, I didn’t want to bring that much offgassing into our home (especially while my kid is still so little). Sad to be returning these, because they’re flippin’ adorable—but still returning them.

I was excited for my daughter to wear the rain boots but when I turned the boots over their was dirt on the bottom of the boots! I could not believe they sent me a returned and already used boot. I was very disappointed since I did not expect this from Zappos. It is clear based on the bottom of the boots they have been worn and no one checked prior to sending it out? Very disappointed!
