Besides running a little small, the laces are to big, will get wet and hold moisture more easily. Your hiking boot laces would be more functional and have better eye appeal also. I have owned several pairs of Merrill shoes, this is first pair that didn't fit

Good looking shoe and was really hoping that this was going to be my "every day walking around" shoe. Sole is very stiff. Probably great for hikes on rough terrain but not for just getting around town and light hikes. Size and width were right on target. Arch was moderately high which also did not work well for me. Ended up returning them. Zappos is great to work with. Have ordered ~ 10 pairs of shoes/boots/trail shoes over the years. Only way I will shop for shoes.

I have more than few pairs of Merrell shoes and like them very much. Not sure what happened to this pair. I got them in early April and wear them to work primarily which is an office like environment. But by mid August, I noticed that the left shoe is coming undone on the sides. I'm kind of disappointed because my hiking Merrells go thru worse granted not as often in wear tho. They fit true to size and comfortable after a day of wear. And I wear my Annex shoes for about 13.5 hours in a day.

I'm pretty sad, I love Merrell, but this shoe misses the mark. the color is NOT the same as the picture. It is a much darker blue. Fits well, but for the price I think the color should look at least close to what I saw on-line...

Very comfortable sneaker, colour scheme is not as shown in picture. The blue is less dominant and the gray around the borders do not stand out. It does make a difference if you enjoy the blue color scheme.

Had for a few months with no heavy activity, but developed hole in leather on toe and I returned them. Have a pair of Merell trail runners that are bulletproof and was surprised they these did not last

These Merrell hikers were of a different cut from the Moab and Chameleons I tried. All were labeled 10.5 and M width, but the Annex Trak model was distinctly tighter and less comfortable. I returned them and opted for the Moab.

I really wanted to like this shoe: looks good from side pics, cool color, etc. The real life color is much darker and the fit was so-so, as in a touch large and more narrow than the umptyseven pairs of size 11 med Merrells I have bought/worn. The foot bed is extremely thin: I could feel the nubs of the soles poking into the foot bed. The return period expired so I will toss them in back of closet. Not sure what the shoe is targeted at? Walking, trail, (no way), running, (no way), causal hipster or ? A solid C and I am getting tired of buying shoes via the net as sizing is per the sweat shop that won the bid and feel and comfort are impossible to predict accurately these days.

The shoe was a great fit overall, and would make for a great shoe to hike in; however, it was a little bulkier than I initially expected when ordering. I was hoping for something a little more low-profile that I could also wear casually. If you want a good hiking shoe, this would be fine. Just a little too bulky/heavy for me. I believe there are better shoes on Merrell's Website.

Almost perfect shoe for those needing arch support. Great leather and padding on tongue. What's missing, kore forefoot support, and 1- 2 more eyelets to try an ankle support tie up. My heels slips with this low ankle cut. I could tie it for support if it had more eyelets.

Let me first start off by saying that I absolutely love Merrell. I usually order 2 to 3 pair a year and have been completely happy with all my purchases. I think I received a defective pair of Annex Trak Low. There is a part of material that attaches the tongue of the show to the side that sticks out and digs into the top of my foot (see pic). Enough to where it leaves an indentation. I'm not sure if this is a defect in this pair alone or if this is design flaw. In any case, I'll be returning these and keeping the Agility Peak Flex that I also ordered with these.

I own 9 different pairs of Merrells. These are very comfortable but cheaply made. They separated where someone else posted a picture. I switch my shoes out so they are in fairly new condition. I don't recommend buying them. Too bad because they are the most comfortable Merrells I own. My first pair are years old and never separated.

Comfortable shoe, but poor quality. Owned for about 3 months and they split where the material met the sole on the outer front left hand side of the left shoe.

A very comfortable shoe but in less than 4 months of a normal 80 yr old's use (no rock climbing/hiking) the sole is separating on the side of one shoe. Very dissatisfied

Loved the look of these as soon as first saw them, knew I wanted them instantly. I was pleased with comfort and they appeared to be well made. After about 4 months though of just wearing them around the city, the toe area that looks to be double stitched began to rip on both sides of both shoes. Poor design, my last Merrells lasted far longer.

I liked the general design and footbed comfort of the she, however the toe box was just too narrow for comfortable wear. I had to return the shoes.

Bought my pair of Annex Low just before Christmas 2017. After about 6 months of normal use, alternating along with other 2 pairs of shoes the right shoe was damaged like in the picture. After a close inspection of the left one I see damage also at this one. Very disappointed. Either the material was not respecting the standards or it is because of the way it was stored in the deposit (exposure to heat/ cold maybe). I will not try my luck with another pair in the future. Product looks cool, it was fitting just fine but unfortunately did not last long...

Bought these only 6 months ago and they are already falling apart. Merrel USED to be good quality but something's changed and I no longer believe this.

Bought these roughly 6 months ago and already the sides are ripping apart from the soles on both shoes. Ive owned a few pairs of merrel shoes and they usually lasted me on average 2-3 years. So when my last pair finally went I picked up these. Bad mistake for the money wasted. Hopefully it was a one off or something but it has made me change brands and not risk losing money

Bought these in December 2020, by May 2021 the rubber on the side cracked away and part of the outer sole cracked allowing sand and water into the shoe. I have been buying Merrell's for at lest 8 yrs for there quality and style. This is a disappointment on the quality and the price I paid for them.

My shoes fell apart after 4 months. I submitted review letting others know my experience. My review was replied to and I was told to submit a warranty claim. I received a response that this is normal wear and tear not covered under the warranty. Now I am writing to let people know not to waste their time on submitting a warranty claim.

Lasted 4 months till they ripped apart where the shoe meets the rubber sole. This is the shortest lasting Merrell I have ever owned.
