These are a minimal, barefoot style shoe. Unlike some other minimal shoes they are not built up in the heel at all, and have relatively thin soles making them the next step away from barefoot. If you run on sharp rocks you will feel them but overall I'm OK with that, given all of their advantages which include that they are like gecko feet (lots of traction) and that the thin soles and close fit help cut down on my pesky habit of catching my toe and tripping. Speaking of toes the toe guard does its job and prevents a painful stub. These shoes will change your running style by necessity and it is a change that I really enjoy.

I bought these sneakers to wear on a vacation that i plan to do alot of hiking and walking. I liked that they are very light weight to take in my luggage. I normally wear a size 7.5 I ordered this in both a 7.5 and an 8. I decided to keep the 8 because i had more room in the toe box. These are almost like walking barefoot, but with a great grip, nonslip bottom, which I prefer. If you're looking for a strong arch support I would not recommend these.

Very light and comfortable

I generally wear a 7.5 and these fit perfectly. The ball of my foot tends to be wider while I have narrower heel and there were no issues. I love that the laces are slightly elastic. They don’t breathe super well, my feet do get sweaty, but even when I wear sox in my regular shoes that happens. These are comfortable and a perfect minimal workout shoe!

I bought them for me wife and she loves them. They are light and comfortable. She’s a nurse and wears them everyday to work.

They are super comfy, roomy and light, but because of the flat end of the shoe you need extra 1/2 size to accommodate your longer toes. Super cute and perfect to walk short distances at the time. Like walking the hospital while rounding. No cushion but perfect for my taste

I just bought these after going through 4 pairs of the New Balance Minimus and I am completely converted. These are more flexible, more breathable, and have a roomier toe box. Great training shoe. Bonus: cool design and color options.

On my first review I indicated that my feet got tired and painful after wearing for a few hours. After wearing most of the week and my feet have gotten used to them I have to say that these are REALLY comfortable shoes!!! Hardy know that I am wearing them:) Highly recommend.
