Color isn't truly black - looks like DARK navy....with black shoes definitely more blue than black. Also the waist/rise in the back is low so when bending down lowers too much on butt. EVERYTHING sticks to the fabric. I had a pair I ordered in 2018 which are worn out now and LOVED them, but this pair is a disappointment.

My older pants in this style & size M was my favorite. Unfortunately this newer version has a looser fit and is not offered in petite. The new fabric is stiffer unlike the smooth silkier earlier version. I will probably need to shop elsewhere since the return cost is added expense when the item is not satisfactory

Material is thin and does not run true to size. I wear a 10 and M was too snug. Need to size up

I have the Saturday trail pants and loved them, the bottom is a bit flared to go over my hiking boots. Thought these were similar, but they are tapered skinny legs and they were too tight on my calves while being loose on my waist. I ended up sending them back.

I am 5'6", 126lb, and usually wear XS pants in most brands. I bought XS and S in this item, having never tried pants from Columbia before. XS was too small. S fit well in waist and hips and felt good on, but looked a little bit snug through the legs (fabric didn't lay quite right). What I deduce from this is that Active Fit does not work for me. If Columbia made this style in Regular Fit I would try it. It would be nice if Columbia would add a filter for Fit so that one could limit search to Active or Regular when specifying search criteria for pants online.

I have three older pairs of these in multiple colors...they are my go-to work pants so time to replace one and ordered the dark blue. Out of the box I was a bit disappointed. Fabric isn't as stretchy as my old ones (much stiffer) and they are tighter in the thighs and bigger in the waist than my others (always an issue when I buy pants due to my athletic build, which is why I loved the way my old ones fit). The color is perfect though so hopefully they will break in a bit.

I love the Anytime line, but these fit huge also. The fabric is great but I must've gotten a mistake item.

The fabric is quite thin and doesn't feel like ig will provide much protection. However, they feel like good lightweight, quickdrying summer pants.

These pants are soft and comfortable. I really wanted to like them. The material gathers in a unflattering way at the crotch. The regular inseam was too long for me. I normally wear 32 inseam. I only paid 20$ so after return shipping it's not worth sending them back

I liked the fit and the waist band of these pants, but the fabric was way too thin for me - every underwear line, every dimple showed -eek!

I had hoped for a lightweight slim pant for casual city wear. This pant ran too large and had a clumsy silhouette. Probably great for an outdoorsy person - not for this urban girl.

I ordered two pairs, they just did not fit like I wanted, I was looking for more of an athletic look and these honest could have passed for a pair of dress slacks. Maybe too big in the leg and not tapered down versus what I was hoping for. Fabric was fine, they were a comfortable fit but I felt like I was in a pair of dress pants/slacks/man pants ?? Maybe just me.

The rise of these pants and another pair in my order were too short. I returned both. (the distance between the crotch seam and waistband)

Didn't fit properly. Fabric bunched all over, even though size was appropriate.

Don't like the fit, the waist is loose yet the calves are skinny jean tight. Like the bootcut version of much better.

I ordered these pants after getting both the shorts and capris pants in the Anytime Casual Pull On line. The waistband was a full two inches larger than the same size in those. With those I would recommend, as others have done, to size up. With these pants, stick to your typical size or size down. They are very long, so don't consider unless you are taller than 5'8". Nice fabric and style.

I love the pants, but size wise they didn't fit me. I ordered a medium in the Women's Anytime Casual capri pants, so I assumed a size medium in the Anytime Casual Pull on Pants would fit as well. But they are too big in the waist and too long in the length.

These pants run a bit large. The material is very thin. I was hoping these could replace an older pair of Columbia pull on pants but they will not.

The medium was sized right except for a very curvy figure. I am rather straight through the hips so these pants had a weird bunch on the side. Also the fabric created static so pants stuck to my legs. Have to return.

The pants has a weird cut where it looks like you have a camel toe in the front. Too much of a hassle to return, so I do wear tops that are long enough to cover the crotch area. Fabric is on the thin side and easily wrinkle. Would not buy again.

These pants are very thin. I did not like the way they felt. It felt like I was in leotards. Very flimsy material that I did not think would do well for outside activities. I had to return them.

Nice material and might be flattering if you have a very short crotch and very long legs. Bought two pairs and returned both as they did not work for me at all. I'm 4'11 and purchased XS, knowing I would have to hem.

I really wanted to love the pant, but it was cut too small. I usually wear a size 8 and this should have been sized as a 6. I find this happens with all Columbia pants. I loved the fabric, the feel and the length. I am always happy when a product comes in Tall.

I ordered four pairs of Columbia pants. They were all different styles, but each one was labeled "straight leg". Two of them were fine, but two were definitely NOT straight leg. This item was one that was not straight leg. The legs were so tapered, I could barely get them over my calves. I'm returning them.
