Its platform, so the ankle hurt my ankle bone so much, it hurts

bought this a few days ago and was so excited to try them on! i got a smaller size than i usually do and the heel was still too loose. i tried adding heel inserts and everything and nothing helped. do not recommend for narrower feet.

Ordered size 4.5 and a size 6 turned up very disappointed as I have a very unhappy little girl on xmas morning

Was excited about purchasing these shoes until they arrived worn I mean filthy under the bottom!!! I bought them to wear to a concert on Saturday and they arrived Friday so didn't have time to send them back for another pair, so I had to go out and buy another shoe! Spent more unexpected money then to top it off I got the rudest most disrespectful costumer service rep! Was very disappointed
