After moving to an area that doesn't get knee-deep snow, I wanted a good pair of ankle-high boots that kept my feet warm and dry. I chose the Thermo Vortex Waterproof boots and I'm glad I did. I ordered my regular size (9.5M) and they fit comfortably right out of the box, even with a thick sock. Unlike other styles there was no breaking in necessary. Plenty of toe room, ankle support is good, and I have no issues with arch support. They actually feel like hiking boots. We have snow coming this evening and I cant wait to try these out. I also got these on sale which makes the purchase even more gratifying. Would definitely recommend.
