These shoes are great for lifting. I had issues with one of my heels rising during my squat due to a very tight Achilles and calf. Obviously I need to work on that, but the rise of the heels in these shoes is enough to help alleviate that and allows me to focus on other aspects of my form. I only gave it 2 stars for style because the color is terrible (a salmon pink that is not bright pink nor red) but it was discounted so that was my choice.

I've said that the width is a hair wider but that of course is subjective based on the individual lifters foot. My foot tends to be narrow/regular and so I'm always tightening the ties, as well as the strap. Overall the 3.1 is an absolutely better choice than my chucks!

The sizing runs a little small so make sure to order at least half a size bigger to allow for this. Overall the shoes are amazing, much more stable than normal shoes and they keep your feet at a much better angle which helps when squatting or deadlifting heavy. 10000% would recommend!!

Quality product. However slightly on the small side. All other adidas products I can order my normal size 11. I would recommend at least half a size up for this shoe.

Shoe is fresh. Size just runs a size or half size too small depending on the wearers foot. In my case it was a size too small.

I've got bad ankle so mobility has always been a little bit of an issue in my squat and deadlift. The shoes helped with ROM as well as support. Would recommend to others! I plan on purchasing a pair of adipowers as well.

Less heel height than other weightlifting shoes makes it to even do deadlifts though the shoe is for weightlifting. Stylish appearance is another reason of why I bought it.

Hard soles. Great for weightlifting.
