Customer Reviews Frye Greyson Lace-Up

This is my first pair of Frye boots. I have other plenty of other boots from many companies....simply put, these are as soft as glove leather, they break in immediately, and so far I love them. There is 8 inches of snow on the ground here so it will be some time before I wear them out so I cannot attest to the durability although they seem fine. These are dress boots, not work boots so they should be treated as such. As for sizing, I have a medium width foot and I wear a 10.5 in most boots. The 10.5 fit like a glove (perfect). I don't know why other people think they have to size up or down, but that was NOT the case with me. Zappos sent me a pair of Frye's that were not up to par (I suspect they were returned and no one checked them to make sure they were 100%) as such I had to send them back. I order with Zappos because I know their customer service is second to none, so it makes the buying experience a sure thing. They instantly refunded the cost of the boots and sent another pair to me no questions asked. I love this company and I love these boots. Thank you Tiffany in customer service for helping me with such care....
