These shoes are nice-looking. However, the tongue is so rigid that it dug into the tops of my feet and rubbed the skin raw--even after loosening the ties, and even leaving a couple of the eyelets open. Also, the right shoe's toe looks like the leather got reversed so that it appears suede, whereas the rest of the shoe (and the left shoe) are smooth and embossed. I didn't notice it until I got to work. I am planning to send these back, although I already recycled the box and wore them for a day.

Looked so cute in the pic. Was hoping for some arch support, these weren't that. The nice beige color of the uppers (marshmallow) was ruined with words embossed all over it that I could not see were there in the pic. I'm not a teen, so having words all over my shoes was not at all wanted. But truly the killer to these shoes was that the uppers were stiff, and the tongue on the shoe protruded so far back it was digging into the front of my ankle! They came up higher on my ankle than their other styles similar to this one, and with that stiff tongue protruding out, made the actual opening of the shoe smaller. They were absolutely unwearable. FYI, I'm a size 7.5, 5'3" tall, 115 pounds- I'm not a big woman by any means, so cannot imagine how they would work for people with larger ankles than me!

I was really excited about this shoe and looking forward to the shoe in a marshmallow kinda off white color thinking they would stay clean better. But was disappointed to find when I opened the box that they have a stamped design all over the show in an Old English font. For me it made them look a little trendy and too young for me. I was hoping for classic Vans with a little modern platform for fun. Sent back since I am a non logo kinda gal. so just note when u buy that you don't really see in the photo but zoom in and you will notice.

These shoes are sooooo cute. But I literally had to stop wearing mine and give them away because they gave me agonizing achilles' tendon pain! It took me awhile to figure out that it was the shoes but as soon as I stopped wearing them the pain went away. I do have a history of tendonitis/need arch support, but I've never had issues in the achilles' before. Once I started wearing these, though, I literally could barely walk because of the pain. I'm disappointed because they were so cute! :(

I returned these. They were a little difficult to get on and off, but more important was that my heel felt as if it was slipping, and they pinched a bit near the front bend and never felt quite right. Otherwise great.

So sad! I wanted to love these but they are the worst shoes. There is nothing inside. They look nice on the outside. Inside no arch support. Flat and no cushion anywhere! They rub against my heel. Even with thick socks they suck! Sorry. Buy something else.

Returned. Very uncomfortable, odd fit.

Outsoles around the toe box fell apart in a few months.

I been wearing this style of Vans for years now and I love it! There is no problem with the shoe. Zappos sent me the wrong size and by the time I realized that my actual size was sold out :/
