very uncomfortable. its like walking on cement. there is no cushion and the shoes wear within 2-3 days. the leather started to separate from the sole on day 5. I walk about the same as the average person at work. Great looking shoe but i am currently trying to return the ones i just bought. They are 1 week old and falling apart and so uncomfortable that you can feel the difference in your back.

I have been ordering shoes from Zappos long before Amazon bought them...this is the first pair of shoes that literally hurt my feet...THE most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn in my 80 years on this planet. My usual size is 9-E or D.

These boots looked worn and scuffed everywhere. I am not happy with this purchase, especially that it is the holidays and this was a gift. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning. I will not be purchasing from here again.
