Perfect pair of black heels - classy and comfortable. I highly recommended these to dress up any outfit! Must let you know that these heels run TRUE TO SIZE. I made the mistake of ordering half a size larger (based on reading the reviews) and they were too big. I had to exchange for my size. Luckily Zappos customer service is always awesome and hassle free so I'm very grateful for the smooth exchange! Planning to get the black patent ones soon! Thank you Zappos!!

Amazing comfort without compromise style. Wish there were more color!

I love these shoes! I do not wear heels on a regular basis, but wanted a great pair of dress shoes on hand for when I want to wear them. I ended up with aubergine patent even though I wanted black patent- and honestly they look almost black anyway, so I'm not too worried. The shape of these shoes is sexy, and the heel high enough to feel fashionable, but not so high I'm immobilized. They also feel stable, and comfortable and easy to walk in, relative to other high heels. (I don't expect them to be truly comfortable or to run in them, but as far as heels go, these are very good.) I exchanged a couple times for size because my feet have changed recently, and ended up with an 11 wide. They don't feel wide- they feel like a normal width, but I guess heels might run narrow. I also have a foot that's wider in the front, and the regular 11 definitely pinched the front of my foot and toes. I am so glad I went through the effort of finding the right size, and that I tried the aubergine color. I'm very happy with them!

The fit was a little narrow (tight around the toe area) in my normal size 7M ( but still wearable). Hence, the four star rating. However, I then ordered the 7 Wide and they fit perfectly! This is a comfortable, light weight, classic pump. The first thing a noticed was how quiet they are while walking (no click, click, click). The slight platform and rubber bottom make them an easy and nice looking heel to walk in for work (flight attendant) The height is just right. If need be, I felt like I could run through the airport terminal and not miss a step!

Nice shoes, wore them around the house for hours. Pinched a little on one side, but i also had on socks to stretched them out a little.

Love this shoe for work! Very comfortable right out of the box and absolutely no break-in time needed. The insole is very cushioning and even though I walk a lot at work (sometimes 10,000 steps a day), my feet never hurt. I am stocking up and just bought a second pair at a great price.

The size was spot on, comfort excellent and great work shoe...very, very satisfied!

These are comfortable heels. I have issues finding comfortable shoes and these are good and do not rub any part of my foot.

Feels like wearing tennis shoes! No lie. So soft. The heal is high...but easily managed. LOVE.

Overall, I love this shoe. I also bought it in the patent leather version. For some reason, I don't know, these were not as comfortable. Not a major difference, but I did find my feet hurt in them earlier on in the day. Also, I would like a little more shine to the matte finish. Not shiny, but the finish they have is a bit on the dull side. I have the navy blue. They go with everything from jeans to suits and everything in between. So if you sit AND walk through the day, they're probably a good choice. But if you are mainly on your feet all day, they may not be the best option.

I love these shoes. While I don't recommend shopping all day in them, I can say they have been comfortable at work and presentations. Having the platform makes the heel easier to walk in so you get that tall look and carriage without feeling clumsy or unsteady. The price point was more than reasonable as they are very good quality.

I have bad knees but refuse to give up my high heels. These shoes were recommended by a podiatrist and I can’t believe I didn’t get them sooner. Absolutely fantastic! Buying them in every color....

Love these shoes

I wanted these shoes to fit so bad. The were so pretty and the inside was so spongy and padded. I am a size 7, and I always size up to 7.5 in boots and sneakers for a little extra room for heavier socks, but in a heel, I don't need to most of the time. I bought a 7M and a 7Wide. The 7M fit fine in the back, but the front was tight around top, and my feet felt scrunched up in them. Especially the top. I tried the 7 wide on and it fit, and felt amazing on my foot, but I walked right out of them. My feet are usually medium width, high instep, and more narrow at the heel. I also tried the Bandalino shoe and I walked out of it too. I give up on wearing pumps with out straps to hold my feet in. The shoes are quality, and the heel is sturdy enough not to wobble. I wish they would have worked for me. If you can normally wear a pump, I would highly recommend these, a a half size up, or regular size in wide width. If you have a skinny foot, they might work in your regular size.

The fit was perfect! I absolutely love these shoes! I’ll get so much use out of them and they are super comfortable! Classy looking and the perfect go to for a simple black heel.

When I tried these on, I thought "oh no, these are too uncomfortable". But I was desperate for a pair of black heels and had tried so many different ones last year, returning them all, that I decided to keep these. And I am glad I did. They quickly became comfortable! I wouldn't go on long walks with them, or a marathon shopping trip, but for my daily work they are excellent! Classy, timeless heels! I have just ordered a pair in the navy.

I really like the style and fit of this shoe. Wore it to an event right out of the box. I wear a size 10 W but generally need to go up in size with other brands, NOT this Clark shoe: true to size and width. It is the first pair of pumps I have purchased in a while, so I’m thrilled with how they fit and looked. How can you go wrong with a great fitting pump? I’m set to buy another pair in a different color. Oh, and the soles are non slip, another plus.

I ordered wide in pink for my slightly wider than standard feet. It's very comfortable and looks very pretty. I could walk in it for shopping and this is the highest heel I usually wear. The pink is a little too much for me though because I originally wanted a nude. If you like pink shoes, this is definitely the best. I have one in black leather too, the same size but looser. I think it's because the patent is harder to deform so it holds my heels better, while the black leather one is loose on my heel and I have to use a sticky heel grip.

These are perfectly comfortable in 8.5M, my usual size, and do not seem to need "breaking in." They are too matronly to go with my gala dress in the black leather, but I am keeping them to wear for work.

I'll start by saying I rarely wear heels. They hurt my knees and feet so I was searching for a black pump that was 100% comfortable and this is it! I ordered 7.5 regular and wide to compare as I have a lovely bunion on my R big toe and I thought I might need the extra space. The regular width was perfect and I wore them all night without the slightest bit of discomfort. The patent leather is sleek and a tad fancier than the regular black, but you can't go wrong! Overall, this pump has exceeded my expectations.

I loved these basic pumps. They looked classy, had good stability for heels and fit true-to-size. Unfortunately I had to return them as they were shipped to me with an imprint of black permanent marker on the side... still giving 5 stars as they are excellent shoes and I had no problems with my return!

I ordered 10 pairs of heels to try for an upcoming wedding. These were by far the most comfortable ones. The heel is tall (especially for me not being a wearer of heels normally) but the foot bed is very comfortable and the material does not feel like it will rub the top of my foot. They do not look "old ladyish" and would be appropriate for a wedding or business. I have not worn them except around the house so cannot attest to long term comfort.

Was looking for a dressy shoe that would stay on my foot. They are fine in work but I wouldn’t wear them walking on concrete or to stand all day.

I haven't tested these the way I want to yet, so take this review with a grain of salt. However, they are BY FAR the most cushioned and supportive pumps I have ever tried - and I have tried a lot (Naturalizer Michelle, Rockport Total Motion 75mm Pointed Toe, Cole Haan Antoinette Grand)! I've been in search of a pump with at least a 3-inch heel, that looks current-enough in style for a 33-year-old professional woman, that I can wear for 8 hours at conferences while walking through large conference centers and standing in one place for up to an hour during presentations. I am so hesitant to say it, but I think these may be this shoe (crosses fingers, knocks on wood). The style is juuuust this side of "obviously a comfort-brand heel" - the platform and not-too-round toe help. I'm cautiously optimistic.
