I wear a size 11, so often have no wiggle room when addressing size issues. Going up half a size is never really an option for me. I really wish I had the option in these shoes - the patent black is a really cute heel. Returning!

Comfortable shoe. Perfect for work. However, after a few months of wearing them once or twice a week to work they squeak. It drives me crazy as the squeak every time I walk. I have mostly stopped wearing them for this reason.

Nice, professional shoes. I am a true size 12 and these are very big. Unfortunately I did not realize this until later and they were a pain to wear. I ended up having to stuff the toe box and put pads in the shoe since I couldn’t return them. I would recommended getting a half size or whole size smaller than usual.

I love the look of this shoe. I love that the designers also thought of our comfort by adding extra cushion at the back of the shoe to avoid blisters. Unfortunately, this extra cushion caused me to have to go 1/2 size larger. That didnt fully solve the fit problem, they are now slightly too big but I kept them and will add a bit more cushion in the back to keep the show from falling off because I like the look.

I always wear a size 8, and this shoe would probably be more comfortable, but I cannot keep them on my heels. They are slipping so bad that I am scrunching my foot just to keep it on, hence, my feet start to hurt. I probably won't be wearing these too much and if I do, it will be for short periods of time and will put heel grips in. I would definitely recommend going down 1/2 size.

I bought these shoes in patent leather in a 7 and they fit well but the same shoe in Navy was too large. These shoes are very comfortable but the sizing is inconsistent.

I usually wear 7.5 and still 6.5W was too large in length but good in width.

I ordered these once in the past at full price, but returned them because the black "patent" is actually shiny synthetic vinyl. But I recently needed some party shoes, and the sale price was a good value, so I re-bought. They are great "temporary" party shoes until I find something better in real leather. They are comfy and TTS for me (like all Clarks). Cute and kinda funky with a short skirt/dress and tights. Sort of a calmed down version of a round-toed platform shoe. I wore them for 6+ hours the first night, and they felt fine. That said, they are obviously synthetic in look and feel.

my foot felt like it was folded in half in this "wide" shoe after just 10 minutes of trying out at home on the carpet.

shoe runs small my shoe size is 8 and I order 8 1/2 other than that is very comfortable to wear and walk.

Size ordered, 6W - I had to return these and I really wanted to love/keep them...for the first time I ordered a wide because B/Medium width is sometimes snug. In exchange for a roomier width, these also seemed longer. Unfortunately 1/2 size down is not available in Wide. Sad that I had to return.

I ordered my usual size, and they were a bit large; the fit through the toe was OK but the heel was so loose I couldn't walk in them. Further, I thought the sole would be soft and rubbery; but it is hard, as is the heel cap, so there is a racket when you walk (except on carpet).

These are just ok. I religiously wear the 6.5W Clarks Adriel Voila black leather version... I’ve gone through 4-5 pairs. When my last pair gave out, the black leather wasn’t available and I opted for the patent leather. These are not nearly as comfy. They felt much tighter, both in length and width. Also, the back of the shoe digs into my Achilles. I’ve added a pad for support. Hoping they stretch a bit soon.

I love Clark’s it’s usually my go to brand. This shoe looks great but is very uncomfortable I could wear it for about 20min before my feet were killing me. Narrow in the toe box so it pinches the toes and it runs small. I wear size 10 Medium .

The toe area gets pinched and hurts. It is otherwise classic. The heel height is good and I feel safe walking in them (broke my foot twice)

Tried these in black leather and "patent leather". Comfortable but not as well made as the Clark's Artisan line I usually order. Beware - the "patent leather" is vinyl not leather. The manufacturer's tag just calls it "synthetic" and it looks and feels nothing like leather. These do seem like cute party shoes, just not worth the normal Clark's price tag.

These shoes are beautiful, but they are not nearly as comfortable as the Sofft heels I normally wear. I expected more comfort from Clarks.

These shoes are gorgeous and so comfy--except it won't work on my one arthritic foot. It kills me to return them.

I ordered the wide width and tyically in Clarks, it is a perfect fit. In this shoe, the 9W felt like a 9N across the toes. Great looking shoe.

I bought these in the pink patent leather, same size, but they were smaller for some reason. The pink patent leather are perfect, but for some reason the black is smaller. These dig into the back of my ankles.

Sneaky photos! Contrary to the images for some of the colors, the foot bed is synthetic, NOT leather. In my experience, that means sweaty and not breathable. These will be going back.
