I was nervous that these shoes would not fit because I find that a size 12 in women’s shoes often can be too tight. These were perfect. They were surprisingly comfortable right away. They feel stable (I usually don't wear a heel) and secure on my feet. They paired well with my business suit.

This is a very comfortable shoe for my narrow feet (I purchases a 10N). It has a reasonably high toe box, so that unlike most pumps, it doesn't hurt my big toe joints. It feels very stable to walk in and is a good-looking shoe.

Loved it. Glad they made the strap longer. Bought same shoe a few years back and the straps were miserably short. Looking for another pair in another color--brown.

Super comfortable and cute style to wear to work. I walk from a train station to my work, and these shoes make it easy. No more sore feet first thing in the morning!

Finally, finally, finally I found a shoe that fits and is comfortable. From the toe box to the heal (I have a bunion on one foot and narrow heals) these shoe fits. It’s a good looking shoe and the height of the heal is great. I am so happy to own this shoe.

I usually wear a 7&½ or 8, but the 7&½ was to big!

Really like the quality of this shoe. Nice style for winter to wear with dresses and skirts. The arch support is great. I’ve gotten lots of compliments!

It took three tries but I finally found a new pair of shoes for work! I am a flight attendant and have to be on my feet all day but I am required to wear shoes with at least a one inch heel. Zappos ships fast and makes returns easy, so there is no need to settle until you find just the right pair! And, prices are competitive too!

I loved them. So did my dog. She ate the buckle and I never got to actually wear them after I tried them on. Will reorder when my size is back in stock.

Narrow in the toes. As soon as I put them on I could tell they were narrow. My pinky toes were rubbing. If these had a little platform in the front part if the shoe and were a little wider they would be perfect.

I was hoping these would work for my long toes and flat feet. I ordered 1/2 size smaller per the reviews. They sort of fit, but are not comfortable, as if my instep is not touching the inside of the shoe. I'm going to try one more time with my actual size (8.5) and narrow width. I really do have narrow feet, but the narrow was not available when I ordered, and often narrow shoes are too tight at the ball of the foot. They are also a bit dorky but if they fit and are comfortable I would be ok with that.

I dithered and added and deleted and re-added these shoes to my cart over and over again for like 2 weeks straight before biting the bullet and purchasing, and I'm so glad I did! I got them in 6.5, width C (wide) and they're perfect with my normal socks. I suspect they'd be the teensiest bit looser with pantyhose, but I doubt it would be significant. The fit is comfortable, and the block heel makes it easy to walk in (I cannot do spike heels without wobbling everywhere). The strap is well placed and doesn't feel restrictive against the top of my feet, and I love that it is a WIDE strap AND velcro, so no trying to maneuver with tiny little holes and tiny skinny straps like some other mary jane shoes I looked at.

Great option for a slightly elevated shoe.

I love these shoes. I have a lot of food problems and these are some of the only ones I can wear that don't hurt me or give me any issues and also give me good support.

These shoes are very comfortable and the fit is just right. I had to return them because the padding squeaks due to air compression.

Love these shoes. So comfortable and really easy to walk in. Based on other reviews, I went down 1/2 a size even though my foot measures 8 1/2 according to the attached size chart. Also got a narrow. It seems like shoes are getting wider and wider these days

They fit great. I love that they come in wide, it makes all the difference to my feet. And they are half the price of most work shoes that I buy. Maybe a little big, but I put my own

Love these shoes so much for work (which could be a 10-14 hour day), I had to get a second pair. Can't tell you how much the strap aids in the comfort of the shoe.

I needed a little more support so I put an arch support in, but so comfortable to wear for a 10-14 hour work day ~ what shoe can say that!

Normally wear an 8, but I can fit a finger in the back of the 8's I ordered, so I'm returning for a 7.5...
