Very comfortable, true to size, wide width doesn't bother my toes, but the leather is not the best so less 1 star. It's a classic look but not necessarily very trendy.

The only issue I had with this shoe is it's to long. My heal keeps slipping out.

Unfortunately, these shoes were too tight in the toe box so I had to return them.

Much too wide to be a medium width.

Even though I usually wear size 6.5, I followed Zappos' suggestion to order size 7 and it's the correct one. Unfortunately, the regular width is too wide in the heel and causes my heel to slip off when I walk in them. I'm returning them because of that, otherwise the shoes are great; they look good and are comfortable.

I couldn't get my foot into this shoe. The instep was too narrow. I had to return.

Shoe fit, just wasn't comfortable on my foot. When I walked, I didn't like where the bend was on the top of my foot. Didn't feel good.

I am sorry I did not notice the rating of moderate arch support. I have worn Cheyn for years and have found it a five star product. I assumed this shoe would have the same arch support characteristics. It does not. The arch support is insufficient for me. Upon wearing even fir a short time, my back and knees begin to hurt. The foot insert can be removed and I have replaced it with an orthotic. So far that is working.

The sizing and quality control for this shoe isn't the same as in the past. I've worn this exact style shoe from Clarks for the past two years and finally had to replace my worn, old pair. The shoes I just received weren't finished nicely inside and the sizing was way off, much smaller and narrower than in the past. Very disappointed.

This shoe was about 1/2 size smaller and narrower than the usual 5.5 shoe I buy from Clarks.

These shoes were very uncomfortable. No arch support at all. The style is cute. The overall make of the shoe is shoddy. Don't buy Clarks shoes. They are not worth it.
