I generally wear a 7, but I've had various pairs of Toms (classic slip-ons and the wedge boots) that were all 6.5, so I bought these in 6.5, too. Definitely should have gotten a 7- my heel hangs just a bit over the back of the shoe. Since they were too small, I can't speak to overall comfort, but they did feel smooth inside and they feel sturdy without being heavy.

This was my second try with Toms and it was love at first try! I listened to the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size up normally I take a 6.5 and got a 7 and they fit perfect. The heel size is stylish but still comfortable only thing I noticed with it being day one is across the top of my foot it’s a little tight but I expect this will loosen in time. I got the gray color so it will match more colors and it’s not another black pair of shoes in my closet. I expect I will wear them more with pants in the Fall.

I absolutely LOVE these mules!! They are very versatile and comfortable. I believe these shoes were extremely accurate with size. I'm a 6.5 and the mules fit like a glove. These are my first pair of TOMS - obsessed! I can see myself buying this brand again in the near future ...if not the same exact shoe in a different color :)

I wear between a 5 and 5 1/2 in shoes, but purchased these in a 5 1/2 based on reviews that said they ran small. I wish I didn't! They were a half size too big for me. I say get your normal size in these. You want your heel to butt up to the lip on the back off the shoe, otherwise it looks like these shoes are ill fitting (which they would be!).

This is a great shoe. You can dress it up or down and is very comfortable. I walked in them all day the first time wearing them and no blisters. My feet didn't hurt at all. Highly recommend these.

I generally don’t go for mules because I always feel like I am slipping out the back of the shoe. These have slip on the heel that seems to take care of that issue for me. I ordered the grey suede and it is beautiful. They go great with jeans and are comfortable.

I was skeptical about ordering shoes online because of fit. I normally wear a size 8.5 medium in this style of shoe, but I also like to wear a heavier sock. I ordered the size 9 and I couldn't ask for a better fit. These shoes are not only comfortable; they look great. So glad I ordered these.

I wear either a 6.5 or 7, and the 6.5 were a perfect fit in these. I've been looking for a pair of slip-ons with a bit of a heel and finally found a comfy, well constructed pair (2 pairs actually--black & toffee suede). I'm sure the Zappos customer service team is happy about this :) There is plenty of room for my toes, both width and length, and the shoes don't slip when I wear socks. I dance so my arches are high and don't need much support, but the padding may not be enough for those who need extra support. They are lovely and add a bit of style to everyday wardrobe. Oh, and Toms donates a pair of shoes for every pair purchased, so that's a plus.

Love these! Bought them while pregnant for easy slip-on shoes that would be comfortable and still look work-appropriate. Couldn't be happier. I'm normally a size 9 and had to size up to a 9.5

Beautiful mule. However, foot bed is not soft and the heel is so heavy, these were hard to walk in. Hope to find something similar in style but comfortable.

Lovely, well-made shoes. They felt wonderful while testing at home on the carpet, but when I wore them out they were very slippery on many surfaces (wood, tile, marble). I purchased two pairs and will return the pair I haven't worn, but need to have my shoe guy put some anti-slip coating on the bottoms of the pair I am keeping.

This was my first time ordering Toms and I was a little hesitant at first. I am a size 11 wide and was nervous these would be too narrow. Much to my surprise they fit perfectly! With a little breaking in I will definitely be able to wear at work all day. Only wish it that the foot bed had a little extra cushion.

These were just really loose and I had a hard time keeping them on my feet. I had to return them.

Good looking shoe. Was hoping it would be wide enough (i am usually a 7.5 wide, some mules and clogs are usually forgiving). No cushioning or support at all.

I wear a 7.5 exchanged for the 8 and still didn’t fit.

really cute but the heels are very heavy and hard to walk in
