Very uncomfortable on straps

Need to get them finished of on straps property as make s my foot sore end of straps

Not a good walking shoe as it has no arch support. I am so disappointed as I need arch supports.

I bought this style after viewing it on your website. I thought the looked terrific. I was attracted to the adjustable straps as I have a narrow foot. However, when I sinch the straps, even just a little bit - the tabs stick straight out and look ridiculous. I think the problem is the end of the tabs have the "plastic" reinforcement piece that makes the protrusion more pronounced. I'm keeping them and not adjusting the straps - but the fit is not optimum.

The shipping took much too long. The shoe was very unattractive. It looks like a shoe they give you when you have a cast put on. (I know because the look very similar to the cast shoe I have in my closet from an injury I had a while ago.) The feel way too big in width and size. I would order a size down. I had a pair of skechers sandals given to me years ago but they were from Europe and the were the best sandles I ever owned. I have many pairs of skechers, sneakers, slide ons and pull ons. I was very disappointed in this one. I don't think I will order online again. I will just keep trying to find pairs at the local stores that sell them here in Pennsylvania.
