These are comfortable and light. There have been comments that the inserts don’t come out and they are glued in but can be removed easily. Great shoes

Favorite shoe for everything. Workout in them everyday. Love these. But for some reason vans doesn't make enough of them or in different colors. Vans please fix this.

I wear them everyday at my job. I do a lot of walking & these sneakers are so comfortable. They are lightweight but very durable. I've purchased them before & I will continue to buy them.

I'm a vet assistant and these are my work shoes, they have held up for over 4 months of HARD wear up to 12 hours a day while still being comfy and rad as always.

Great everyday shoes or even running shoes. Their comfortable and light weight and are built for surffers so they are great for going hikes and what not.
I'd also recommend:
Depends I normally where alotnof different skate shoes so it depends on what I'm feeling when I buy

I love these shoes out of all the vans I've worn. I just ordered the exo pair and had to return those bc they do not live up to the ultra range. I'm on my feet for 8+ hours sometimes 6 days a week and these keep my feet from hurting. (Ive gone through many styles and brands of shoes) I work in housekeeping and the food industry they get all kinds of nastiness they hold up very well if they didn't start to smell I'd could go longer but they're lasting about 7 months for each pair, I've been through four pair I just ordered my fifth. I hope they never discontinue these!

I got a pair of these and a pair of Ultra Range EXOs at the same time after having previously owned a pair or EXOs the year prior. The Rapidweld has become my all time favorite. I am at that sweet spot where I have the laces set just right, tucked between the woven laces and the tongue, and I just slip them on and go every day. The only want I have for these is more colors to choose from but will happily grab another pair of the black/white when I finally need another pair.

I purchased a pair of Rapidwelds when they were first released not realizing the difference between them and the EXOs. I now have a couple pairs of EXOs but I prefer the Rapidweld's by a wide margin. They are lighter and less restrictive than the EXOs. I particularly find them preferable to the EXOs for gym activities as the EXOs are more noticeable when flexing my feet for any exercises. Wish the RWs had a wide range of color options like EXO.

If you like the original Ultra range, these will feel lighter and have a bigger softer tongue. These were easier to break in IMO

I am devastated Vans is discontinuing this shoe model. So comfortable, breathable fabric, and very striking. I have 7 pairs in different colors. Nothing beats these.
