Midsole was wrecked very quickly through 2 months of intense training. Very breathable for summer months. Searching for metcon alternatives. These don’t hold up, but for casual or daily wear I’m sure they’re great.

Shoes are light weight and comfortable. Nice design too, but after maybe a month of casually wearing them.. the entire bottoms started falling apart. Definitely not worth the price for the materials used.

Shoes fit as expected. My next pair will be a half size larger, but these work just fine for the biking that I want to do.

Was looking forward to trying a new style. Sadly the toe bed is shallow and fits really narrow squishing my toes. Returning.

Wore these shoes for 10 days and the bottom started to come unglued from the fabric. I asked for a replacement they said it's normal wear and tear, that made me laugh cause that means the shoe is only good for 10 days before it starts to break down. So heads up these shoes were only designed to last 10 days apparently pretty disappointed posting to as many social media places as possible so people know vans is low quality now.

I bought them in store and less than a month after purchasing there are already holes in between the soles and fabric. The price doesn't reflect quality and I'm disappointed in how fast they have already worn down.

definitely a good pair of shoes. but if you have to work around water or use water in your work or walk over the water, no matter if is a little puddle, you are going to wet your feets.

These shoes are almost perfect. If the toe box had a little more room these would be my favorite pair of vans I own.

I walk a lot for my job, anywhere from 7-10 miles per shift. I was looking for a sturdy and comfortable pair of sneakers to get me through my day, and these were suggested to me by a friend who bartends and is on her feet for hours. These sneakers fit me perfectly and the first few times I wore them they felt fantastic and I had no issues. Now my feet hurt horribly in these shoes. I don't know what happened, since they were comfy at first. My feet are on fire right now after wearing them all day, I started limping 2 hours into my 8 hour shift. I'm super bummed and wish I figured this out before I wore them, because now I can't get my money back. They're cute shoes, but I don't recommend them unless you plan on wearing them leisurely and not often. These are my first pair of Vans and they will be my last.

This shoe is super cute! I absolutely love how it looks and how it fits, but not how it feels under my toes. I posted the sizing of this shoe in the photos, keep in mind it's marketed at women's sizes (for me at least.) I usually wear a 39EU for summer shoes, 40 for winter shoes (thick socks, more room.) Which usually is a W9, but I ordered a W9.5 in this, and it fits like a large 39EU (so the shoe runs 1/2+ size small.) The toe area is more narrow than a traditional men's Vans, about average+ for a women's sneaker toe box. The distance across the ball of the foot is a loose women's width. I expect it will be narrow for mens sizing. But fits me great! Let me start with the bad: I *don't* like the flat ring (about 2cm) inside the shoe all the way around the non-removable insole. It follows the pattern of the sole traction, see photo, but not caused by the traction pattern I think. Basically the insole is soft except where all along the outer edge it is _glued_ down to the foundation of the shoe, (where insole meets the sides of the shoes and rubber foam sole) I can feel a recessed ring along the bottom pads of my toes and outer edge of the sole of my foot. My toes are riding a ridge where the soft rises to make the the super comfy insole. I have high arches so don't feel the weird flat ring on the inner side of my sole but I do under my big toe. It's quite a distracting weird feeling, half my big toe is on soft insole, half is on hard flat. Yeah, not sure I can tolerate the feel under my toes. Will it all flatten out to not as soft over time? Wondering how the shoes will wear over time--is the super comfy insole only memory foam?? I usually stay away from shoes that rely solely on memory foam since it wears out really fast for me (walking on my feet on concrete all day.) But I'm ok with rubber foam soles. The GOOD! These are so cute. I love the off-white sole, ring around the ankle, and laces. I love the low profile without bulk. I love the reinforced gray toe and light pink ribbon tug loops. This shoe is SUPER light and flexible. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the high traction sole--I transition from concrete to turf field at the end of the day this year. The octagon lug pattern makes for really springy comfortable base for concrete--long term! (from my experiences with this pattern in other shoe inserts = PLAE sneakers <3. I often buy spring/summer sneakers from PLAE, but liked Vans traction this year.) I'm not sure I'm going to keep them. I need to walk around on hard flat surface to decide (in the kitchen maybe?) But I really want to!

Vans are always the same size for me no matter what shoe. I could barely put my foot in mine. So I want up a 1/2 size bigger and they were huge. No point in these shoes.

Wore these shoes for the first time on a very light hike and they already have a hole where the mesh and the sole of the shoe meet. Not made well at all. They are super comfortable but for the price they're not worth it since they fall apart with extremely little use

The Vans RapidWeld that have an antique/off white/mushroom colored sole fit differently than the ones that have a stark white sole. The ones that are off white in color, I wear a size 8.5 Womens. I also wear an 8.5 in the classic vans slip-ons. For the Vans RapidWeld TV at have the bright white sole, I wear a size 9 Womens. FYI in the Vans Exo UltraRange I wear a size 8.0 in Womens. I have a narrow heel and wide in the toe box region. Hope this helps in trying to figure out the variability in sizes between the different types of Vans. For my type of foot, narrow heel with wide toe box the 8.5 Vans RapidWeld with the off white-antique white sole, they are the most comfortable shoes I own and I have arthritic feet. The Rapid Weld in the bright white soles, I have to go up a half size and they generally work although some of the colors run a little too narrow. For instance the red with black laces and white soles are more narrow than other stark white soles RapidWelds.
