Used these pants for snowboarding and worked like a charm. I used under layers just in case any snow got through, but even my under layers were bone-dry. So glad I bought these pants!

I love these pants. I tried them on at Dicks but they were a little long. When I went to Nortgface website I realized I can get them in short which fits perfect. I'm going to purchase another color & get my son a pair.

I've had a North Face black pair of ski pants for 15 years as a National Ski Patroller. Wore them 60+ days a year, wore them today clearing snow from my driveway. Bought the Seymour pants because I have equally high expectations for their performance.
FYI, I have been a North Face customer since 1971. Bought numerous vests, packs, sleeping bags and my all time fave, the down booties from you Santa Cruz shop. Down booties, must have after surfing the Winter waves at the Lane.

The pants are very wide at the waste and have no tightening mechanism. Otherwise, the quality is good.

Love the pants. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the legs are definitely baggier than what it appears in the picture.
