I love Lululemons, but I don't love synthetic fabric. Wool is my go-to cloth of choice and I've recently been seeking a pair of leggings that fit as comfortably and beautifully as Lululemons, minus the accompanying fear of my clothing melting into my skin (you know, on the off chance I get set on fire). So, when the Asym's wide waistband and asymmetry caught my eye, I thought I'd give them a shot.
I ordered a pair in bordeaux and the color is gorgeous. The fit is good and seems to be true to size. As with most wool leggings, the fabric begins to sag after a couple wears--but because the waistband keeps them where they should be, the sagging and bagging isn't quite as noticeable. The waistband itself is relatively comfortable, but while I like that it is higher and wider, the elastic is a bit uncomfortable.
Ultimately, though these legging are not as comfortable or flattering as some others, I would not hesitate to buy another pair if this same cut was offered in all-black.

I get cold easily... as a base layer it kept me warm in a 15 degree ski day in addition to ski pants.

Excellent quality base layer. I just took these bottoms and matching top on a snowy backpacking trip. I was warm and comfortable the entire time thanks to these layers. The fabric feels great on your skin, and the seams are barely noticeable, even with a heavy backpack rubbing on the waist. Plus, these are stylish! Would buy again!

Comfortable and very soft base layers. Fits true to size. Ordered a small as I'm 5'2, 110lbs. Fits perfectly under ski pants.

Great for skiing and staying warm on the slopes. Also great as lounge wear when trying to keep warm around the house. Big fan - soft and comfy.

These leggings (I would call them) are incredibly soft, warm and comfortable. Even better than a base layer I got a few years ago and use for morning exercise. The pattern is fun too! They aren't super snug, but as I'm tall I appreciate not having to yank them up. Wonderful winter gear!

These pants were great to layer. They were comfortable and soft and fit ok. My only con for these was that they looks shape in the knee and bum. On the way down from a 14er I noticed they were losing they lost their shape. #sweepstakes

I live In Florida and bought these for a month-long winter tour of northern Japan. I packed other options but ended up wearing these every single day. They washed well in the tub in any kind of detergent, and dried overnight quickly. I wore them outside in deep snow with boots and also on long bus trips. Forget base layer, these are just nice leggings that can be worn as a stand-alone bottom garment.
A nice side note is that I have never received so many compliments for any garment that I have ever worn! They fit very well, flatteringly, and are very unique looking, as well as being supremely comfortable. They feel very soothing to my skin and never pinch or make you sweat like every other pair of leggings I have ever had.
Since returning to Florida, I continue to wear them to casual work, Around the house, out to dinner,
and also underneath an evening dress instead of hose, because the air-conditioning can be so cold here.
I got the Tibetan red asym 250.
I have come here to buy some more of the same, please bring back tibetan red and the marine blue!

I love the warmth of these pants. I have snow shoveled in them and gone to yoga. I got 2 XL in the red print and now ordered 2 XL in the purple print. I am so grateful for companies that carry 100% wool. I cannot wear spandex or lycra products so these pants are a wonderful and healthy addition to my wardrobe. Plus I love that the waistband has enough give to not bind me and I wear them all day.

I haven't tried them out in really cold weather yet, but for size and comfort they are perfect. I am 5'3" and about 110 lbs and the small fits perfectly.

My butt and thighs are always so cold when snowboarding so I tried these to help and it made such a difference. Went out on a very cold day and noticed a huge improvement. Super pleased with the warmth!! My only small complaint is they stretch fairly quickly, especially around the knees so they get baggy-ish quickly. Not enough of an issue to not buy them again. Just an FYI!

The size was appropriate, but the waist hit 2" below my belly button... a little too low rider for me personally. And the elastic in the waist is only about 1/3" thick. It wasn't too tight per se, but was kinda uncomfortable having all the pressure on such a narrow band. But otherwise the colors and design were so pretty! And the wool material seemed good quality, smooth, and the right thickness; not too much or too thin.

I use these as a base layer for skiing. They are warm and do the job! Next time I would buy a solid pair (without the design) because where the design changes the seaming is obvious and is bulky. For example, where the camo hits the grey patch, the seam can be felt and seen through my ski pants and so on each time the color block changes. My ski pants are north face and fitted around the legs (not baggy) so you can see the seaming through the pants. Not a big deal, and again, do the job but would go for a classic pair next time.

I ordered a medium which is my usual size in bottoms and these barely cover my butt. The waistband is so short that the pants sit two-three inches below my belly button at the worst possible place if you have any fat on your stomach. I'm a size 6 pants usually and these made me feel like a size 16. The muffin top is real.
Don't get these pants unless you're really skinny or comfortable with low rise pants that cause bulge at the waist.
I ordered the grey and white pants and the ones that came were grey all over except the knees.... they didn't have the white sides or waistband like in the photo. Super disappointing.
If these had been the right color I might have kept them and waited to see if they stretch out at all. if I decide to order from here in the future which I might because the products are usually high quality I will be ordering a size up from my normal size.

First wear was awesome, fit perfectly and kept me nice and warm as a base layer under my bibs while snowboarding. Ever since the first wear, they are stretched out and will not return to the original perfect fit.
