My pant waist size is 34-35. So I order the size Med. These paints are a Skinny Fit. I think they fit tighter than I would like. They're like man leggings. Most joggers I have usually have a more room in the crotch, so they are a little revealing for me. I'm really on the fence about keeping them, and I pretty sure if I size up they won't fit right either.
