I tried the original 501, the 501 customized and tapered, and this premium 501 customized and tapered. Unlike the original 501s, the customized jeans have stretch instead of 100 cotton, so if you're looking for a traditional, non-stretch denim, these are not the jeans for you. The premium also seems a good bit larger than the other 25s I tried, and obviously they're more expensive. I ended up going with the traditional 501, which seems straighter than the tailored and tapered and is 100 percent cotton. If you try these out, I suggest sizing down.

I love Levi's jeans and these one are not an exception! Very cute and stylish. The are not leggings so do not expect them to be soft, the fabric is very good quality. You can dress them up or just put your favorite t-shirt. Got the same size as usual.

Zappos needs to update the review section. Jeans don’t have arch support. This is for shoes and while I can ignore this selection, I’d prefer to be able to say these jeans ran at least two sizes to big. I ordered a 27 and they were swimming on me.

These jeans run HUGE. I ordered a 27 but in these I would need a 25. Very baggy in the waist, hips, butt. I also didn’t care for the pumice sanding along the legs as that is outdated, IMO. I don’t know why Levi’s makes huge back pockets that sit so far down. It makes you look like you have pancakes for a butt. I’m no Kim Kardashian, but I do have a nice butt. You’d never know that in these jeans.
