After moving back north from the south, I was on the hunt for a great winter coat. After an unsuccessful purchase last winter, I decided to splurge on this coat, and wow am I happy I did! I am typically a medium but ordered a medium and a large just in case I needed the bigger side for layering. Ended up keeping the medium, as I was swimming in the large! It is definitely a little constricting (can't lift my arms above my head easily) but not feeling like a snowman with slim fit and style makes it worth it. It is absurdly warm for how light weight it is. and doesn't let the wind cut through like my previous down jacket. Highly recommend!

This is my every day winter coat and so far it's the best winter coat I've ever owned. I'm so happy I spent the money and bought it. Very, very happy!

I just moved to the east coast and needed a winter jacket for the cold and snow. This jacket is incredibly warm and comfortable. You only need to wear a sweater underneath and you're good to go. I also like the length of the jacket. It hits me right at the knees because I'm 5 ft 2, so it's perfect. My favorite part of this jacket is the sleeves. I love that there's an inner fleece lining. The pockets also have fleece lining for extra comfort. Overall it's very flattering for a slim silhouette. It's worth the investment!

Coat looks great and is very warm. It is a little restrictive and form fitting. Went with a size up for layers as others recommended. Hopefully it will break in a little.

I have moved to a cold city and was worried about the impending winter but now I can't wait. This is so comfortable, warm and also amazingly looks good. Its slightly fitted at the waist, which gives it a nice shape. There's also plenty of room in the bottom half so my leg movements are not at all restricted.

I am a teacher with recess duty and I needed a warm coat! This is the perfect coat! I hesitated due to price but it's worth every penny!

I wear this coat on really cold days like winter is great for as well with rain so you shouldn't have a problem with those elements wearing this coat. This jacket is true to size the only thing I wish I brought a bigger size cause when I wear my sweaters the feel will be tight but not to tight. But overall great coat for the winter it will keep you dry and warm.

I use this to go to work, around town, for walks. It really does it all, and the nicest thing looks elegant enough and is waterproof, unlike most puffer coats

My wife uses this jacket every single day throughout the cold weather and fall/winter months. Keeps her warm even on days that are far below freezing temperatures.

Just love the warmth of this coat. It does run small so I sized up. The Arctic II has a feminine style to it which I love. The coat definitely wind and cold resistance. I do not have to layer up while wearing this coat. It is not bulky or over bearing. I purchased one for my daughter too!

I bought a large as I wear large in other north face jackets and found this to be a bit tight, but not worth returning. Love the jacket. It's very warm for northern NY winters.

I live in Michigan and I'm always cold. I have been wanting to replace my 6 year old metropolis parka III with something a little more stylish and updated (and with a fur hood!) and this coat (the Arctic parka) is it! This is definitely a more 'fitted' coat and I won't be able to wear bulky sweaters under it but I love the warmth and the fact that it's wind and waterproof too.

I wear this jacket every day now that it gets colder. You dont even need to wear a hat because the hat of the jacket warms you and is good fitting (not too big or small). This jackets does keep you warm even if it is really cold. You can zip up from the bottom which is good when you need to bend over. Great jacket which also looks good.

I use this coat daily in Chicago! I was advised by the store manager to purchase this coat for walks to the bus and while walking my dog. This coat keeps me nice and warm while being outside.
