Just purchased and so glad I did. I’am 5ft 11in, size 4 and XS/S in shirts. I bought size S in TNF Dark Grey Heather, and I felt it was true to size. I’am not a sweater person and don’t intend on wearing anything thick with this jacket, as it is not needed, because of the perfectly lined super soft fleece throughout the entire jacket, that will keep you nice and cozy(think of it as wearing any of the UGG lounge wear items). If you plan on wearing slightly thicker articles of clothing (tops or sweaters),then definitely size up. Note that if you decide to, it will make the jacket seem less fitted and make you look to puffy. It is so super flattering. I love the extended length, which on me lands exactly as pictured on the model as well as the length of the sleeves, not super long and not short,covers the wrists perfectly. This item is not a super slim tight fit, you will have great movement and is not constraining at any part of your body, while seated or standing. I was concerned about the zip up collar to the neck, as I’am not a fan of those features, but it fit great as it is lined with fleece and makes it oh so comfortable. Give it a try, this jacket will make running errands, fall walks, etc. that much better.

I am 5’8” and 139 lbs. I have a long torso and this is one of the amazing finds that is true to size and looks flattering. I wear this jacket all the time, and because it’s North Face, it is warm but breathable.

LOVE this jacket! Hard to find tops of any kind that are long enough for someone like me (I have a longer torso) and this jacket fit so well! Very flattering and warm. Great buy!

This is such a easy jacket to wear. It has a great shape and very comfortable. Very soft velvet on the inside and a good looking structure in the outside. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for this year's version of the Caroluna jacket from North Face. I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice jacket. I travelled with it over a long weekend flying when I always get cold and it kept me nice and warm but it isn't as soft or comfy as the Caroluna. It is the same style, not the same fabric and cut a bit trimmer. I think the fabric makes the difference. It's stiffer fabric-wise and isn't as smart looking. At the end of the weekend I couldn't wait to take it off... I kept the jacket and only wish they'd make another fleece-Caroluna! Zappos as always are brilliant. I keep coming back!

Great jacket with nice lines, but the color is not a true black. It’s more of a black brown which did not work for me.

I’m 5’10” and 173 pounds. Felt smaller than a large in the waist. Sleeves were long enough for me. Waist was Fitted... I’m returning for an xl.
