Extremely efficient in keeping me warm. I've always been prone to the cold and this can be warn with a simple Cotten long sleeve underneath in 40 degree weather and I never get cold!

Very nice coat but a little too fitted for me to be able to wear a sweater underneath. Will return for next size up

Fits great. Looks cute. Slightly longer in the back, which is great. Inside of the collar & hood & pockets are really cozy. Love the thumb holes though they aren’t as comfortable as I had hoped. They are a little tight and short so don’t always feel great. But overall, I love the jacket and tried on a bunch of more expensive ones before choosing this one.

Extremely warm coat. Normally I wear all black, this time I chose blue and couldn't be happier.

I live in Maine, so winter can get very cold. I've walked outside almost every single day this winter, sometimes in below zero temperatures, and my core has been toasty warm. It stops the wind chill and is the most comfortable and flattering coat. I would buy all the colors if I could!

I ordered this jacket for myself back in December, but I loved it so much I recently ordered the same jacket for a friend. I also ordered a different Columbia jacket for my daughter last December. Actually, I've been buying Columbia's jackets for years at their store in Seattle because the quality is so great, they are stylish and they last so well. But this particular jacket is so special because it's lined with something that makes it warm and cozy even though it's such a light jacket, it is unbelievably warm and you don't have to layer up! You can't go wrong with any of Columbia's merchandise. They rock!

Purchase the light blue and it is just as pictured. It is perfect for cold days when you have to drive or for a quick dog walk. Love the way it fits, the warm hood and the Omni heat lining.

This is my second jacket and I absolutely love it! I usually wear a S but decided to go with a M because I like to wear thick sweater. It keeps me warm!

Great fit and super warm for the weight! Really pretty blue as well. Only reason I can't give it five stars is because the zipper sticks a little and likes to try to eat the lining. Easy to work around and I love the jacket so much I don't really mind, but worth noting! No damage caused by this flaw yet though.

Quality product. I have never actually written a review but felt that this coat deserved one. Warm, chic enough for outings, sporty enough for the outdoors.

I'm so glad I picked this up at the store. I needed a hooded insulted jacket for walks, snow adventures, and good for layering. I got cream color to break up all the black and blue clothes. I bought a large usually a medium tall.

I bought an XL which the size chart says is a 16-18...I like my jackets over sized (usually wear 12-14) this was WAY TO SMALL on me, I couldn’t even get it to zip! The sleeves are super cute though...but definitely need to size up!

Smalls are typically a little big to perfect for me in Columbia products. I am 5'1", 118 lb, C/D32, with a short torso and a curvy petite frame. This coat fit tightly around my wrists and fit snuggly around my hips causing a weird fold around my natural waist. Loved the idea of this coat but unfortunately the fit was not good considering how many good reviews it had.

I've tried other outdoor brands and I continue to come back to Colombia. They aren't the most technical in terms of features, but are a solid choice for anything other than hard core hiking or mountaineering. This jacket does not disappoint. It's very light weight but also VERY warm and blocks wind well. It's versatile enough to look great with jeans or nicer outfits. The fit is fitted and feminine with no bulk. I think it runs true to size. I originally ordered the SM and it fit fine over a sweater, but it felt a little snug when I gave myself a bear hug. I ordered the MED, and it was perfect. It did not hang off my shoulders (I was concerned about this going up a size), and it gave me enough room to wear a fleece under it for really cold, windy days. For reference, I'm 5'3", 125 lbs., 28" waist, 36" hips, and 34DD. I love the length in the back and the thumb holes. If it's not cold enough for the thumb holds or if you just don't want to use them, they disappear into the sleeve and look like cuffs. There are plenty of functional, zippered pockets and the hood is warm, roomy enough to fit over a pony tail or a beanie, and lays flat when not in use. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a draw string to the hood. If you zip the jacket all the way up it stays in place very well, but if you only zip up to your chest and not your chin, it doesn't. This is a minor inconvenience, but not enough to dock a star from this otherwise great jacket. The best part is that it's really attractive on - a hard feat for outer wear!
