The straps are short. I ordered the exact same shoe from Zappos in black and they are perfect. The only difference is the color this order is the white shoe. Doesn't make any sense. Not happy

I've been walking in these shoes for a few months now. Why do they still squeek?

The fit didn’t work for me, as the collar rubbed on my ankles in weird ways. Too bad... It’s an attractive shoe and seems to be well-built. Heel area in my 7 Wide was roomy.

Side bumps hard into ankle bone, need something cut lower, MUST RETURN. Little arch support, but had planned on using orthotics.

Don't really like these as they are not that comfortable. Finally found some that are wide and am disappointed

They need to be returned for a larger size.

The toe box was narrowed in too soon for the ball of my foot. I can't wear a 12 so it must be returned.

I put them on and it felt as though there were a rock on the outside of left foot, very disappointed. I have plantar fasciitis and was very looking forward to getting a nice shoe so they don't hurt so bad. I hope they don't resell them. So tired of getting crap when I spend so much.

Way too bulky and came up to high around top of foot.
