There needs to be another choice such as Other. The size and width were fine. As I have high arch I use my own inserts. My reason for returning these are that for some reason the tongue of the shoes hit my ankle bone causing discomfort. I don't think I can do anything about that. It's too bad because I thought I could use these but I know I have very difficult feet to work with. Thank you, Zappos as I don't know where else I can find shoes for me. Above all, your customer service is excellent! You also make ordering and returning items easy for this tech challenged person. THANKYOU!

I have very wide feet and this bootie felt comfortable. I returned them because I thought they looked frumpy on me.

The boot at ankle height was uncomfortable to walk in. Needs broken in perhaps but not something I'd wear often enough to accomplish
The shoe is great quality, as advertised - just my issue with where it hit on ankle.

I was really hoping these boots would work out. The size and width were fine, but the instep is so tight that I could not wear them. There is no way to adjust them as the laces are purely for show, and can not be loosened. I'm disappointed.

Overall a good shoe, but the heel slips on me even with the insert. I was only given the choice of perfect, too big, too small for my return. It’s more nuanced than that. Basically the shoe 10W fits fine except for the heel. The heel is too wide while the rest of the shoe is just fine. There needs to be a description section on the return.

Bought because they sold a version in a narrow width. Not narrow at all. Felt like a B wdth and huge in the toe box. Suede was pretty but had to return and I flet like I was wearing the shoebox.

The material doesn't look easy to clean, and the shoelaces felt cheap - like they would snap if I pulled too hard. I like my booties a little taller, the shoe height was just a smidge too short.

It's a good quality shoe, well-made with soft fabric but sturdy construction. However, it was so wide, my foot felt like it was swimming in it, especially in the toe area. I usually wear a medium width shoe.

It felt too tight and too short with my insert, which is not an issue I have with other Propet shoes. They did not seem like a knot would hold the shoe on, maybe because the leather was too stiff. That's too bad; I like the look of the shoe.

The fit and size was great; however, there seems to be a place on the inside of the top of the right shoe, that was rubbing into my foot. It made the shoe extremely uncomfortable. There is no such "bump" on the left shoe...it seems it was very smooth. It feel as if the seam was not smoothed out. It is to the left of the laces.

Unfortunately this lovely ankle boot did not fit. Ideally I could have used a 9 1/2 medium but you only had 10 wide. simply too big. I am sorry.
