I have very hard to fit feet. I ordered a WW and the width was good. I also have some swelling in my feet and ankles and I was able to zip these up. They were slightly snug around my ankle but not uncomfortable. My cankles have a circumference of slightly under 12 inches. The widest part of my foot has a 10 inch circumference. I'm not submitting pic cause nobody wants to see my feet. Happy shopping!

I think these boots would work great for someone with wide feet. But I have a narrow foot with a narrower heel and I feel like I'm swimming in them. Even tied as tightly as possible, my feet slide around. Otherwise they'd be good, except I'd prefer something with a little more padding underfoot.

Cute ankle boots that worked well for me last winter. Getting ready to order a second set in a different color for this year.

The only reason i returned these was b/c the front of the boot was a bit on the stiff side for me. This boot is well made, stylin, good support and the colors are beautiful. Thanks Zappos !! :)

Although this shoe wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve tried it was the cutest and best fit. Plenty of room in the toe box and the wide width was perfect. I will try to update once I’ve worn it a few times.

Overall these boots are super comfortable, love how I can put them on quickly, but the leather looks too much like plastic to me. I am wearing them for dog walks but for every day, nope. Not the classic, black ankle boot style I hoped for.

I had to immediately return the shoes ordered in my size. I ordered a 9, but the shoes were marked 9.5 and I could fit my whole hand behind my heel. Am reordering an 8 with the hope that it is a good fit. Otherwise, the shoes seem like what I’m looking for.

We love these boots - but partly because they were the only pair (in the many we ordered for my niece) that fit her wide and high-instep feet! Cute and comfortable, but the ankle digs in a bit. In the end (after trying on size wider), we are returning them after finding one.more.pair. that fit perfectly!

Warm and comfortable. Great fit for a 7.5-8 wide. Have not worn them out but they feel quite cozy. Not super stylish but cute.

Relatively comfortable winter boots. They were a little large but once I added my inserts, the fit was perfect. Tried them out in rain and so far the Scotchguard coating is holding up.

Leather was extremely squeaky. That aside, I would have kept them had the footbed been more comfortable. Due to some RA issues, the bottom of my left foot is very sensitive, and can't tolerate shoes that are not soft beneath the ball of my foot. The toe box was very comfortable, however, so I wish I could have kept them.

Ordered a 7.5 M (what I usually wear in Clarks) and was swimming in them. I exchanged for a 7M and the fit is much better, although I think these are sized generously. I started out having to wear a thin sock and now can wear a regular sock. They a SUPER CUTE! I love the look and can wear them with leggings or pants and they're great. My heel still slips a tiny bit in them and I have to adjust the tongue at times, but I can manage. Also, something to note and others have said the same: they have a bad chemical smell. I had to keep them outside when I opened the box and after five days they still have a detectable odor. Don't purchase these and plan to put them in your luggage or wear in an enclosed space for a while. These are $80 shoes not $120 (for the price I'll deal with the issues). They are very cute.

I thought these boots were really pretty. Unfortunately, they rubbed in the insole near my big toe. They weren’t too small, just too stiff or something. They were too uncomfortable to keep.

Squeak squeak squeak! Returning and ordering the black suede. Hopefully the suede won’t squeak. Very cute and comfortable when I tried on the leather ones.

The black suede is very attractive. Love the flexible soul with a nice comfortable footbed. These shoes are made for a thick foot, so you may need a thick sock. The only problem I am having is that the shoe is quite heavy. I love the way they look, but I haven’t decided yet if I can keep them because of their weight.

Bought these shoes to have a comfy-but-cute pair of shoes that I could wear in the rain. They are cute but I returned them because they A) they were a little too narrow in the toebox for my liking and B) they seemed like they would be a little too warm for autumn.

I have a very narrow foot. These look great with pants but my foot was swimming width-wise. The shoes are super soft which feels nice but offers zero support. I'm sad to be sending them back.

I bought these because the description and photo indicated that they are navy blue. Not so. They are definitely teal. The color just didn't work for me so I sent them back. A shame, since, other than that, they were all I wanted them to be: suede, comfortable, well-made, nice style.

Fit was ok. The W is a bit tight, and shoes a bit heavy. The black leather is too much like military boots. The black suede looks cuter, and slighlty lighter. Not sure if this come in dark brown, as I think that would look nicer even with black skirts.

I ordered the Bordo , which is a beautiful wine color. The boots fit comfortably and thankfully come in a 4E width which I need (Propet, if you're listening: I'm a loyal customer, please offer more styles in a 4E.). Sadly, the material on the upper looks cheap, and because of the laces, which are incredibly long, the boots look clunky. I'm returning these, but ordered two other pairs (on sale for half price!) in the Delaney Strap style. I'll write a review on those when I receive them.

Wonderful boot, very comfortable especially in the toe box

I was looking for a shoe that I could wear for winter biking at 0F and below. My feet are width D, but adding a lot of sox means that a lot more width is needed. Also when it's cold I use chemical foot warmers, which add height to my feet. So I was delighted to find that these boots in width 4E were comfortable, with wool sock liners, two layers of polyolefin, and heavy wool socks on my feet. And they have room vertically, which means I could use chemical foot warmers as well. I have tried a number of other shoes from Zappo's, including some that were width 4E, but none of them had this much room in them. And they aren't heavy, either, which matters a lot for bike riding. I wish they had more padding in the toe area. There's a thin layer of leather, with a lining layer for warmth, but the boots are thinnest in the toe area, which is where feet get the coldest in winter.
