I love it!

I have the Bordo color and it is a great neutral color to wear with a variety of pants, or even casual skirt with leggings. The toe box is a bit wide, which is good for me because I have some issues with my toes. These boots are comfortable right out of the box.

Purchased these for my sister who has thicker ankles and left foot has some swelling. We ordered the extra wide version and she is trying them around the house to make sure they fit comfortably. So far, so good! I've been wearing mine since last year and LOVE them... comfortable, easy to put on, warm, cushioned... and cute looking! Thank you Zappos, for your great customer service so my sister and I can find shoes that fit comfortably for our 60+ year old, arthritic feet!

I could have ordered a half size down just because of the square toe, which is GREAT! My foot is widest at the toes and this is the first shoe that does not get narrower at the toe. It is sharp looking too, not clunky, I am wearing it with long skirt and dresses. Footbed pad is removable so I can add my own.

I have a very wide foot and these accommodate that. Love the working lace up that lets you adjust the fit. Then use the side zipper so that they are easy to put on and take off. The soles are a little heavy which I noticed because so many shoes have very light weight soles. I do use an orthotic insole for support. Sage green suede were so nice, I ordered a second pair in black suede. My sister-in-law loves them and is ordering a pair as well.

I really liked these boots but had to size down a full size. I’m usually 9.5 W and found best fit was 8.5 W and might have fit in the 8.5 regulars. There is no arch support and not much cushioning so I put an insole in it. Ends result was good thought it took a few size exchanges to find the right size.

I have a big problem buying shoes, especially boots because of a big bunion on my left foot. I ordered these in a size 7 extra wide and they are very comfortable. I wore them today for the first time and got a few compliments on the style and color. I got the dusty sage. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely love this boot. Comfortable from the 1st wear. I usually have a hard time finding ankle boots that fit both my wide foot and wide ankles. These fit both perfectly. I’m a fan.

These boots are so comfortable. They felt like I had worn them for a long time, right out of the box. Great fit and super cute!

The reviews were right. You have to order this boot 1 size smaller than what you normally wear. Once I did that, the boot was very comfortable.

I had ordered a 7 1/2 but had to send it back because it was too big, so I got a 7 extra wide and it's perfect. I have a bunion on my left foot and shoe shopping is NOT fun. Especially trying to buy boots. This boot is so comfortable !!! And the style is great !!! I suggest going down a half size if you are ordering an extra large.

They are very well made. I love that they have a zipper on the side as it helps me to put them on (arthritic hands). I have them on now but haven't walked very far. They feel really comfortable!

It has been so hard to find boots that I can just slip on without a struggle. And now I found them! They arrived very early this morning, and I put them on right away and wore them around the house all day. So comfortable! My feet are wide, my instep is high - I have bought shoes two sizes too big just in order to get them wide enough. I had a brand that was my old reliable, but this year, i couldn't find my size. These, with the laces and the side zipper - so so so easy to put on, and my foot had plenty of room. The only problem, and it isn't a deal breaker for me, is that the arch does not exactly match where my arch is; it's a tenth of an inch behind my arch. Even so, the boots are very comfortable, so I am keeping them. Maybe I'll buy an insert. For sure, I am going to buy other boots from this company, even the same type in another color would be great! They look great and feel great and are easy to put on. Zappos, you are so great - I have ordered and sent back so many boots, but this one is a keeper. Thank you for your easy returns.

I really like these boots. I have a hard time finding boots that are comfortable, and these are great. I wear an 11 narrow, and have no problems with these boots. They don't mash the top of my big toe nail, which I often have trouble with. And they are cute!

I really like this boot.. it is comfortable, easy to get on, and fits my style. Oh, and it’s waterproof! I thought I would love the color, but it is a little to difficult to coordinate with, so sadly, I am exchanging for a different color.

Pleased with the purchase. Attractive and stylish. Wear with my leggings. Knitted boot cuffs finish off the look.

I love these shoes. I have custom made inserts and they fit wonderfully in these shoes.

These are my new favorite boots. I normally wear a 7M but ordered these in a 7W so I could wear thicker socks. I bought the blue and gray/green colors for myself and bought the black suede for my friend. We both agree these boots are amazingly comfortable. Think I might by a few more colors.

I wear orthotics and they fit well

These are wonderful. Note I did exchange them, but to get the browns instead. I am trying to expand my shoe color wardrobe. They fit well and accommodate my off-the-rack but modified ortho insoles. The laces are a little stiff, but who cares? Once you have them in place, you just unzip the side to put them on. I am finding that even with my Hallux rigidus that I can easily trot around school with these boots and that they look good with a skirt. Pluses all around for me.

I love these! Put them on and had to wear them for about 3 hours and they were comfortable the entire time. I love the color and such a great fit!!

These boots were bought to go with some navy blue outfits. They are not navy blue, but instead almost a dark aqua blue. I'm returning them for black.

The lining is great and helps keep my feet warm. It also adds a bit of cushioning so they are softer inside without being too sloppy. I can't really say I like the white stitching, so I'm going to take a marker to that. They have a substantial toe, and while it isn't a safety toe, it is quite hard around the front. I can wear them all day without wishing I could take them off.

Love my suede shoes. I have mid foot artheritis and I can loosen the strings and wear these shoes all day without pain. I bought the (2E) which also gave me plenty of room for my wide feet without being to loose.

I LOVE these shoes! Comfortable, true to size...and I speak as someone with short, wide feet. It's usually a challenge to find comfortable and stylish shoes in my size. These shoes are especially ideal for keeping my feet warm and snug during the cold winter season. I'll be ordering another color soon!
