Love this style. With the width 2E it gave my feet that extra space they needed.

I had Plantar Fasciitis surgery and I wouldn’t suggest these shoes. They feel as flat as they look without enough heel cushion. The arch support is moderate, but I can barely tell with the pain these cause my feet.

Cute and comfortable ankle boot.

These boots were comfortable from day one. They were not my first choice for a travel boot but I am so glad got these instead. I wore them all over London and Paris without any sore feet at the end of the day. I receive many compliments on them Twice today! My co-worker asked if I minded if she ordered a pair. Great and stylish comfort.

I purchased these for my daughter in the dusty sage. She needs an accommodating wide fit because she experiences edema in her feet and ankles. This boot is a gorgeous color, stylish, and adjustable to her feet with the laces and side zipper. She loves them and indicates that they are comfortable. These are keepers!

These shoes fit very good as I have foot issues and these did the trick. I am still breaking them in but so far so good.

I ordered these boots kind of on a whim. I was really looking for black loafers. Saw these. On sale. They called. I answered. I absolutely love them! Sooo comfortable right out of the box. I wear them with my orthotics, but even with the insole that came with them, they're comfortable. Love that they are already Scotchgarded so you don't have to worry about that hassle. They're not waterproof. Or insulated. Merely for looks. I've worn them pretty heavily for the last month and a half and so far they are holding up great. Since I have the world's worst feet and I'm not THAT old, I really struggle to find comfortable, supportive shoes that aren't really dorky. I'm still struggling with insecurity from wearing orthopedic shoes as a kid, I guess. Ha! Still searching for a pair of practical black shoes, but every gal needs a cute pair of gray suede booties, right?

I have wide feet and these boots with a D width was a tiny bit too wide, but I kept them because my right foot does swell every once in awhile from my foot surgery. They are very soft leather and I'm pleased with the way they feel on. Don't need any break in time because they already feel broke in. I put them on and went straight out the door they are definitely comfortable for me. There is enough room for orthodics if you need them. The smooth black leather also has scotchgard on them. The side zipper is handy for taking them on and off. I had no issues getting my foot into the boot from the side zipper.

These boots are super comfortable from day1. I have a medium width foot and there is plenty of room for toes. Suede is super soft and I love the shade of olive green matches several items from J.Jill collection :)

Very comfortable shoe and looks great! These booties have a lot more cushionioning than I expected for the price. It was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of room in the toe box and the side zippers make it easy to put them on. They were comfortable right out of the box and I wear them all day at work, walking around without any pain. The gray color is a little lighter than pictured, but they’re still very cute!

These shoes were very comfortable and cozy from the very first minute I had them on. I too have not-so-great feet, but the Propet Delaney's fit beautifully. Since they are water proof I can't wait for it to rain so I can test them out in a puddle!

These boots are really great. The style, fit and comfort are everything I was looking for. I actually have them in 2 colors, black and red. I wanted to get the blue also but I didn't want to get excessive.

I have been wearing them for a day and they are cute... for sure but there is no kind of arch support.. I don't mind that I can us my own. They zip and have room for ortho...great!!

Nice shoe. True to size and width. Arch support could be better but I do have very high arches! An arch support insert will work to correct.

Blue suede boots! These boots are super cute and stylish! This boot has a structured toe and heel box. If you are like me and have wide width feet but can wear some normal widths, you'll want to go with the wide width because of the structured boxes. These boxes provide structure and stability. The sole provides excellent grip and anti-slip. The collar is softly padded. No chafing here! I also found them easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day.

Very comfortable & super cute

Size 7.5. Well made and comfortable. Franco Sarto brand fits my feet - always has. Stays on my feet - I have narrow-ish heels and often shoes slide around on my heels.

Ordered the wide in my regular size (11) and am glad I did. I have a couple of hammer toes and the regular width may not have accommodated them as well. They don't LOOK wide, which is nice. The side zipper makes them easy to put on and they were comfortable right out of the box. I don't have any experience with this brand, so these were a nice surprise!

I loved these, from the second I put them on I knew I was keeping them. They are cute, and they fit well. The interior is very soft and comfortable.

These boots are cute, felt great, true to size. However, these were not the right ones for me. I needed a rain boot that has a cushiony bottom so I can run in them all day as I am a delivery courier. These boots are liken to a great pair of galoshes. I wanted to keep these but they were not what I was looking for. I sent them back and as always Zappos is awesome. My all time shoe choice store.

I have a very wide toe box and narrow heels, so most boots do not work for me. With the zipper + laces, these work perfectly, and they even look nice! I got 9.5 4X which is the size I expected and they are super comfortable. I was able to take out the insole and add mine for a perfect fit!

True to size length-wise, slight wide feeling on an average width foot. The gray is lighter than pictured but still pretty. I’ve gotten compliments on them. They’re very comfortable!
