I loved his fleece when I bought it, was a great fit and color, supper soft and cozy, though not as warm as I'd hopped. But after less then a month I had a matted flat spot on the bust from my seatbelt that looked awful. Really should have taken photos and the rest was becoming flattened as well. Not worth the money. Supper disappointed. Returned it.

Wore this jacket a couple of times, washed it once and it has holes in it and already matted. Looks really bad.

The fur matted down in some spots after a few times wearing.

I love the style and warmth of this jacket. However, I've owned it one month (never washed) and it looks matted and horrible. Not the quality I'm use to from TNF. I am working to return this product.

I have been a North Face Fan for years. My entire family wears only North Face winter wear. However, After one wash with this product the jacket feel apart. I washed it according to the directions and line dried it. When I reached out to North Face for a return, they simply told me sorry and instructed me how to wash the product. I will no longer buy North Face products for my family. The customer service and this particular product was terrible. It's unfortunate.

I purchased this jacket about a month and a half ago and it is now ruined. The fleece material located on my my left shoulder where my seat belt hits is completely matted down. I attempted to wash and dry the jacket, as instructed on the tag, but it did nothing to re-fluff the matted down fleece. Extremely disappointed.

I loved this jacket at first because it is so comfortable to wear. However, after just 3 weeks the fabric panels in the front (on either side of the zipper) began to "pill-up" and look very worn. I was so disappointed since I really did like it. Thankfully I was able to return it for a full refund. I will try a different model.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this jacket! It's incredibly soft and has kept me warm during the chilly Midwest fall weather. However, this is the 2nd time I've purchased this jacket. The first one started to get matted after only a few uses. I went to the store to return it, but they didn't have it in stock. Because I was obsessed with this jacket, I opted to have my old jacket sent into North Face corporate to have them review and ultimately send me a new one (6 weeks later....). So now, we're into December and it has happened again!!! So annoying. Customer service said it was because I dried it, but not only did I NEVER dry it (always laid flat to air dry), the instructions indicate that it's okay to tumble dry. In the end, love the jacket, but looks old and worn after few uses. In my opinion, buy a different coat and save yourself the trouble.
