The sleeves were too short. When I received the jacket the fabric was okay. It wasn’t easy to get on and off. I noticed the fabric was flattening out when I put it on

The fabric is thick and very warm and cozy, however it fits very snug and not flattering if you are big chested. The kangaroo pocket is adorable and I wanted to love this sweater so much, but it suffocates in the breast area, leaves me looking more square like instead of complimenting my frame

I absolutely LOVE this jacket. One of my warmest, and most comfortable jackets. However, after a couple of wears, the jacket did not look fuzzy at all, like how it looked when it came. I didn't expect it to stay EXACTLY how it came, but was really upset when taking a look at it and seeing that it did not look like it was a fuzzy jacket at all. This is the only problem with the jacket, but because of this issue, it loses the overall aesthetic of the jacket.

I was so excited to get this for Christmas but when I tried it on it fit so awkwardly. Short sleeves (which is a very common problem I have had with all of the long sleeved things I have from TNF) and the body was awkwardly large and short in the front- like it was created to be a biking jersey.
My friend who so kindly bought this for me as a gift is associated with TNF and was able to receive a discount, so I figured I could take it in store and swap it for a mens size which has a normal body and normal arm length, and that is when my issues began. The store told me that if I chose to swap it out they would only give me what she actually paid for it to be applied to a different size. Thats right, I got a gift and to exchange it for a size that fits me I have to pay another $75 for the exact same sweater, I didn't want a different item just simply one that fit. So instead I decided, screw it- just return it. Then they said I couldn't return it because I didn't have the credit card it was purchased on so I would have to get it to my friend (who is in Texas, and I live in Wisconsin) and they could return it. When is the last time you bought a gift for someone and they sent to back to you and asked you to return it and buy it again and have it shipped to them? That is ridiculous.
So I left and called customer service- they said I could return it via shipping, get an instore credit for what my friend paid for it and then call my friend and get her login for her account and repurchase it. What? Your customer service solution to allowing me to have a size that fits me is to ask someone for their personal information for their login and password? Again- this was a gift. I am not asking to apply their discount to a completely different product, I merely wanted a size that fit my body and instead have spent hours driving to and from stores, waiting in line, talking on the phone to end up with the same expensive sweatshirt that doesn't fit.

The hoodie material is amazing. The fit was too wide in the bodice to go up a size. the sleeves and body were too short and air went right up the boxy bodice. I am 120 lbs and 5'7". I ordered a small. If I went up a size the body would be even more wide and boxy.
HOWEVER, my friend has this from the mens cut and design and LOVES it. The mens fits better with longer sleeve and body and is more soft and flexible. Also the mens pockets are designed better.

Too short! I have to return because the fit is way too short, even my boyfriend tried it on who is much thinner and it was short on him.

The pullover runs extremely small and short. The material is comfortable but would not recommend due to it running very short and small.
