I ordered an XL so I could wear over a bulky sweater. Even though I went up a size, it doesn't look or feel too big. Very warm - keeps the wind and cold out, while holding in my body heat. Very happy with the quality, fit, and look.

North Face needs to keep the risor forever, its their perfect slim fit companion to apex bionic. I hope they dont tinker too much with the design and keep this jacket the way it is.

Great jacket that can be used for almost any occasion. I use it as an everyday jacket and will definitely be getting more from TNF.

I have compared the Risor and bionic and decided to get Risor jacket. It is an active fit, VS relaxed fit bionic, for slim body. The sleeve length fits just right for me at 5.5 ft with Small size. Use it a lot in cooler weather 40F and up for walking and work. It is warm, ez move and very stylish. Like the extra pockets inside the jacket. I got Urban blue when it on sale at great price, feel few ages younger with this color. The jacket colors shown in NF website look darker, so I used google to view true colors of this jacket. I am getting risor hoodie as well. Highly recommended.

I wanted an Apex fabricjacket that slits in between my Canyonwall and Chromium in terms of weight and warmth. The choices came down to the Risor or the Bionic. I'm glad I picked the Risor. It's not as boxy as the Bionic but just as warm and a little more stylish. Great for those evenings out on the town when I want to wear something other than my thermoball. It's great for my commutes to and from work. Great in temps down to 45F.

I wore it for the first time last night and received many compliments. I really like the color and how it deals, I can't wait to wear it again.
