Love this jacket! Very warm; packs very well so no excuse to not have this jacket with you on your adventures.

This is my third Thermoball jacket - I absolutely love them. It's extremely lightweight, insulates incredibly well, and it even sheds water when you get caught in the occasional rainstorm. I've recommended it to many friends as a great jacket to grab on the go. The Thermoball jacket was my first ever North Face purchase and I've been hooked ever since!

When it's freezing out side easy to grab and be warm on the go.

Casual wear in 32-55 degree weather

This jacket is great as stand alone jacket or inside layer for really cold days. Bought Med and fit perfect. I am generally Med in TNF outerwear.

Light but warn

Light weight, but incredibly warm! Biggest enough to wear base layer under for colder weather and perfect by itself!

This is a great and very good looking jacket. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. It will easily compress down and is great for saving space while packing out. Only cons that I've experienced are that the jackets is definitely on the water "resistant" side and will eventually start soaking up water or melting snow. The only other con is don't buy a size larger because it is supposed to be more form fitting. I've noticed with my one size larger that it doesn't keep you as warm as it could. Overall though this is a great jacket.

This jacket is great! It is so light yet keeps me so warm no matter how cold it is. I would highly recommend it.

This is a great, great jacket - It is warm, durable, very nice looking, extremely lightweight

I used this product with early morning hike and early morning mountain bike rides, I like the light weight, easy to stuff in the pocket of my jersey or storage on my camel pack. After your body temperature comes up, you can just take it off. Great for cool down also.

Pretty warm eventhough it's lightweight. Fits well. Get lots of compliments on it.

Stellar product, not as fitted as I like though

I was skeptical about this jacket when I first received it in the mail. It was SO lightweight. I had been shopping for a jacket that was lightweight yet warm, since living in NYC makes it a pain to be in a huge puffer jacket. I really thought this jacket might be warm enough on say a 50 degree day. Then I tried it on, and boom: instant warmth. I've now tested it down to just under 30 degrees and it feels great. I'll layer with a hoodie just for a little extra warmth, but this really does the trick. As of writing this, it's in the teens in NYC, and unfortunately this jacket is NOT warm enough for that, even with layering. With windchills in the single digits, it's absolutely a puffer jacket type of day. The one drawback would be the sleeve length. It's *just* long enough. I'm a tall guy with long arms, so this may not be an issue for everyone, but I wish there was just a tiny bit more length to the sleeves. It's so minute that it doesn't really bother me, but still. I went with a size large, which fits my 6'2" frame well in the body. At the end of the day though, this jacket is going to be fantastic for milder (30 degrees and up) winter days, and will be fantastic in the early spring/late fall seasons!

I use this as an everyday casual jacket. I think it will prove great as a traveling jacket, able to compress for easy in my travel bag.

I would recommend to buy this jacket.

It's awesome cover for this winter seas

I purchased this jacket for a future trip I will be taking to Europe in a few weeks. In the mean time I have been wearing the jacket off and on. I must say with the exception of the very cold days the jacket has been great. Blocks wind, water resistant and very light. Fits amazingly and can packs super easy. great perchase

Bought this for my husband because he doesn't like bulky jackets. It keeps him warm and he likes that it's compact and folds into its pockets.
