This jacket is very light yet surprisingly warm. Great on its own on a cool days and really warm when layered with an outer shell jacket. I am looking forward to using it on upcoming backpacking trips and I really like that one of the pockets becomes a stuff sack, allowing you to pack a warm jacket into a small size. I am 5' 11" and 165 lbs and the medium was the perfect fit and I love the scallion green that I purchased.

I love the jacket. Much warmer than I anticipated, especially since it is as lightweight as it is. My only complaint is that I am a very broad shouldered guy with arms that are a little long and the sleeves tend to ride up a bit when I extend my arms. I don't get this with some of the other products, like the full zip hoodies.

Jacket is very warm without being too bulky. Jacket cut is true to size and lays nicely without making you look like the Michelin man. I'll definitely be buying another when the new colorways are introduced. When you add the typical North Face quality, this one's a winner.

Love the jacket. Use it for skiing and hiking. Lightweight and warm. Would love a chest or inside pocket.

I use this jacket in cold weather mainly while going from long hikes. I got it to go for a few hikes in the Andean and California Mountains.

Took this jacket out to the Sandia Mountains on a two day hike. Mountains were still cold but this jacket upheld to the specified standards, was very warm - almost too warm, light weight and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this product

Use this coat for casual wear. It is extremely light weight, comfortable and warm.

Thermoball is very light and keeps me warm during winter. I live in California and im loving my thermoball.

I would wear the thermoball full zip jacket in any weather condition besides sunny weather. It's light and warm enough to wear in rainy washington state. Love this jacket.

Great travel layer

I bought this because I needed a cold weather jacket, but I wanted something other than basic black, which is the color of every other jacket I own. Great addition to the wardrobe, it's practical, and has NF quality. Love it.

Very thin and easy to move in not to bulky

I use this product as my everyday jacket. Being in upstate New York the weather can be somewhat unpredictable. The winters can be especially brutal and this jacket has helped me in even the coldest weather.

I wear this every day, I can honestly say it's the best jacket I've ever owned. Thin, light, but warm when I need it to be.
