My lifestyle has changed over the last few years, becoming less formal than it was. Now, the newer technology fits right in. Fit is great (I'm 5'7", 165 lbs.) with a medium. The jacket is light, warm, convenient (especially for travel) and a great color. Of course, it works right into layering with similar-technology products. I would strongly encourage others to purchase this jacket.

Although this is a men's jacket, I bought it for myself. The women's jackets are cut too small and narrow for me. The jacket fits great. I can't believe how light it is, yet it keeps me warm. I haven't experienced extremely cold temperatures with it yet (below 32 degrees) but it has been effective in keeping me warm so far.

Great looking and fitting jacket, Lightweight feel and yet it keeps you warm!!!!

Just moved to Chicago and wanted to buy a nice warm jacket. Several people recommended The North Face, and they were right! I'll definitely be buying more from them.

Really like this jacket on its own or under an outer layer. Been wearing this jacket nearly daily in cold and snowy conditions. Keeps me warm when moving and generating some heat.

I bought these jackets for my high school sons. They love them! The jackets are lightweight enough to wear everyday. We live at the beach, so they are perfect to pop on when the mornings are cool. The jackets are great to wear when we are out boating because they aren't bulky but at the same time provide the perfect amount of warmth. The Thermoball is also a ski good base layer for when it's super cold out. The jackets really are very versatile and the style is great too.

These are so light. They make great jacket for travel as they don't take up much space. This under a softshell will keep you warm to 40 degrees. Add a sweater and it will keep you warm to 30. as long as you are mobile.

I bought this jacket for my husband and my 14 year old son. They both love it. It is very lightweight, but very warm and comfortable. It packs easily also. Highly recommend!

I use this when I'm going out to eat or if I'm just going into town. I love that its light weight, but still keeps you warm and it fits in a pack real nice.

I use this product as a midrange lightweight jacket. Blocks out wind and cold. Easily handled freezing temperatures, but light enough so I didn't sweat underneath.

I wear this jacket for the winter weather in Chicago and I haven't had any complaints so far!

The best for winter time

So I have always loved northface gear and my husband has always been to heavy to wear any of northface gear. In the past 5 years he has dropped 200 pounds, we went to the northface store here in Alaska and he tried on some jackets and loved them.

I bought this to have something packable when going from warm to cold places and vice versa. Instead I now wear it as my go to winter jacket for when it's, say, 25 degrees or warmer.

This jacket it great. I've used it on chilly mornings into very cold days and it has kept me warm.

This coat is light weight but really warm! A great value for the money.....I would definitely recommend this.

Would look to buy another one.

I love North Face's products. My entire family owns more than 3-5 North Face items because of the style, reliability, comfort and durability. I bought these coats as gifts to my son and I'm sure they'll love it. We all love North Face's products!

This is my favorite North Face when this coat came out I was in Love I have several colors and my son and a couple We Love this style very stylish and comfortable not to bulky it's just right
