I love it!

This is a very sharp looking coat. It's not to heavy and still is very warm.

I use this as my everyday jacket in the wildly fluctuating Detroit weather and has been great.

This jacket is my second. I wore the first one (purchased at Nordstroms) for two years endlessly, until the zipper would no longer work, after many hundreds of times zipped up and down. Got this one directly through NorthFace. It is almost exactly the same, except the standup collar is larger. The jacket is perfect for dress, casual, is warm no matter what the weather, just a great jacket. washes beautifully. Fits loose but not baggy. Just right. Was so glad to find the same jacket a second time.

I use this coat under my suitcoat. Looks great. Always get compliments about it. Keeps me warm when my outer dress coat is not enough.

My dad loved his jacket! He said it was do comfortable and lightweight. Fit him real nice and hes a broad man with a bulky figure.

After trying in Patagonia Nano Puff and last season's Thermoball, I found this to be the perfect jacket. It is much more stylish than Patagonia and this season's fit is more tailored with narrower sleeves. The catalogue print inside is super cool too! I am 5'9 185 lbs, waist size 33, chest 40 and Medium was the perfect fit. I spent the whole day walking around Manhattan in the rain with 45F and only a t-shirt underneath and stayed dry and warm the whole time.

Great jacket. I already have a Patagonia, and was not sure I needed "another" jacket. But this one is a bit lighter and really comfortable. Plus, I LOVE the color. Was glad I tried one on in the store, though. Found out that if the fit is "standard" I can wear a small. But if the fit is "slim," I need a medium. A small was perfect here. (I hate jackets that are bigger than necessary.)

This is the warmest lightweight jacket I have ever seen.

This jacket is lightweight, comfortable and warm. I have two and have given one as a gift to my daughter because she wore mine and wanted to keep it.

My Thermoball jacket is my everyday go to jacket. Whether I'm at home, work, walking my dog, or running errands the Thermoball is always comfortable and keeps me feeling warm. It's been a great addition to my wardrobe and goes great with jeans, tshirts, buttondowns...really everything in my closet.

Stylish + Functional. It serves many purposes, but it mainly caters to the active individual looking for warmth, quick dry times, and mobility *Important: This jacket is NOT WATERPROOF. It's water RESISTANT -Know your gear! It will repel light rain for a few minutes if you're standing still, but afterwards it will start to get soaked. -SOAKED?! Yes, soaked. BUT!!! It's supposed to be that way. The piece is meant to be a superior mid layer in alpine conditions, a warm top layer during cold (but not freezing) days. -Want to use this piece in many conditions, including rainy weather? ADD A LIGHT RAINSHELL! Adding a rainshell over the top of the thermoball turns it into a furnace. The waterproof membrane traps all the heat -"Why not make it waterproof? Isn't waterproof BETTER than water resistant?"- NO! For those of you backpackers and endurance lovers out there, you know that hiking in a waterproof jacket is a horrible idea. Yes, you block the rain, but guess what..you get swamped with sweat and you're soaking wet after a few miles. Water resistant material will allow that sweat vapor to escape, (you'll still be sweaty) but it keeps you from getting soaked and freezing when you take the piece off. ME: 5'10"-170lbs-33in Waist-41in Chest. I'm a gear junkie, avid long distance backpacker/hiker, mountain biker, trail/road runner, skydiver, and former Infantry man. The Thermoball jacket I own is a standard fit model, size small, in the color Falcon Brown Matte. Fit: I'm normally a size medium in all other brands, Patagonia, Mamut, OR, Mountain Hardware, etc. But in North Face gear I'm always a small. The standard fit thermoball tends to run a bit larger and feels a bit boxy, but you have to remember what this jacket is meant for-Layering/Mobility -Type of jacket you can get dirty, wash in your sink, quick dry, and wear on a night out -IT STOWS/FOLDS INTO ITS OWN Pocket! Places used: Southern Chile, BANF, Yosemite, Alaska, all over Europe+US. Temps: 25F-55F

Love this jacket! Quality is high. Fit is great. It's lightweight and comfy. The only slight downside is that it is not as warm and portrayed. However, layering negates that.

Luv the fit and the style. Can wear while driving in the winter and not b all restricted. The color is what got me along with how light it feels!
