Bought for my husband who walks a lot through windy NYC streets, it's lightwe, warm and color and fit are really sharp looking. He's gotten so many complements.

The product is approved! I bought this as fiery for my husband he loved it! This jacket is very stylish, the color was beautiful and it looked very well made. It didn't fit him, because I totally ordered the wrong size, so it wasn't the situation that I had ordered the correct size and when it arrived it was too small or too big, I totally pictured him thinner than what he really is. So I returned and ordered a bigger size for him! He loved this jacket !

This is my second Thermoball Hoodie, having recently lost my original jacket. First thing I will say is my original Thermoball hoodie was a size small and fit like a glove; I had to move up to a medium for this version with the new slim fit cut. That said, the medium fits great, even if a little snug in the arms. The matte black looks much better to me in person; the photos don't do it justice. The addition of the interior zip pocket is a nice change over the original as well, and the blacked out logos are a nice touch too. I love how warm and packable this jacket is. I would definitely recommend the Thermoball Hoodie; it looks as good in the city as it does on an adventure.

I gave it as a gift. The person that received it, truly found it to be excellent article of clothing to use in winter like conditions! Kudos to The North Face company!

I tried this on in the North Face store and I knew I wanted to buy it. It's a warm coat without the bulk of a normal winter jacket. I go to college in Wisconsin and its a perfect jacket to wear to class, warm and stylish. The only thing to watch out for is it is a slim fit, but I have a soft shell North Face and there fits are fairly similar.

I absolutely love this jacket! Super warm and super light. The slim fit is perfect. I typically wear a medium but the large slim fit was perfect for me.

this is at higher end of price for me. Really hood. Stands well against Seattle weather.

This is the best jacket I own. i would never spend this much money on a jacket usually but my wife insisted I buy it. Now I wear it everywhere I go. I wore it skiing even though it's not waterproof AND it was raining... i did not get wet. It's warm as all heck too.

Very nice and comfortable coat...

I used to not wear most American brands since I find them to be very boxy and dqure in the body. I am tall with long arms so I need a tall large, but ususll y settle for XL. This XL fits decent. Enough room to layer but not so squar ef when worn w light clothing. I was also considering the hybrid thermoball, seems more breathable under arms but I didn't like the stitch pattern. Happy with this purchase would've chosen the Hybrid if it hsd the same stitch design.

Just bought it yesterday, was biking around SF on a December night and when going downhill at quite some speed never felt any air leaking in and it kept me warm, I am 6'5" and around 190lbs, the L fits me well, body could be slightly longer but is the right fit for me and arms length is perfect. The only con is that it has a very wide and boxy fit around the abdominal and waist area. I am going to try it in colder weather to decide if it is exactly what I was looking for but so far seems to be great, warm and light.

Really nice jacket for cold but not extreme conditions here in Northern California. I love that it looks cool, it's lightweight, and has a hood for rain.

I use this jacket for every day use; to and from work, casual wear on the weekends, winter hiking, etc. I live in the Midwest, aka the Frozen Tundra, and it's held up in rain, sleet, snow, ice and subzero temps! I ordered a size up as I like to wear multiple layers. I'm 5'7, 135 lbs and ordered a M as this runs very slim, especially through the hips. I really like how lightweight the jacket is, but it still packs a punch of providing warmth and drying ridiculously fast. Get this jacket. But order a size up. You won't be sorry.
