Coat looks and feels great. True to fit. I was a little disappointed about the warmth of the jacket, not sufficient for cold winter days.

Keeps the cold out and has a quality weight and feel. Fits good overall, but there are only three usable pockets with both layers zipped together. Also, the fabric zipper guard inside the neck often folds back and rubs against my chin.

I originally ordered the red but it looked more orange. I went with the dark green instead. This is a simple but very nice looking coat. I got it on sale which is even better. I was worried that it might not be warm because of how thin it is but it has proved me wrong. It keep you warm and I've been wearing it on low 30s. I haven't been in rain or snow since I've owned it (only 2 days) so i don't know how it does when wet. North Face has always been my go to for winter jackets because they speak for themselves as far as style, durability, and keeping you dry go. I will continue to be a North face customer.

This jacket had the "warmest" rating on the website, so I was expecting it to be a lot warmer. It's just kinda warm. Very nice and comfortable otherwise though.

The jacket itself is great; it's warm, easy to layer under, and fits well. It has a great slim profile, which is perfect for short people (like me) who don't want to be extremely round in a puffer or parka. The sleeves are a little long, but other than that it's great.

Very versatile coat. Works well for many different weather conditions. I would buy this coat again. Needs to come in more colors.

I like this jacket and glad I bought it. The XL size fit my 6'2" 44" chest 220 lbs. frame well--not to tight or loose. Purchased it for a trip that reached 25 degrees at night and 50 during the day. This was perfect for those conditions; the inner jacket by itself was good for the 50 degree days and adding the shell made it comfortable for the nights. Can easily wear a backpack with the jacket and/or shell. the jacket + shell is great for windy conditions. I don't think it would comfortably go down to 0 degrees, but I haven't experienced that. Deducted a star for the detachable hood--it's good rain protection, but not being lined you must wear a knit cap to achieve warmth. Very light and packable.
