Almost perfect. I really wanted this particular style of mule because it resembles the Gucci style and I like the full coverage on top of my foot. However, the top of the tongue cuts into my ankle when I walk and I’m not sure this will give much because of the man-made material. I love the look and style of this shoe and hope I can find something similar.

Love the look, but just didn’t hold up at all. Scuffed up after only a few times! Very comfy. Fit is a half size larger than my usual, even in other Steve Madden shoes.

This shoe felt small. I have high arches and shoe did not give any arch support.

The shoe was great except the tongue was too long for my foot (the top above the decoration)

I'm normally a size 7.5 in most shoes, but these were way way too small even though i went a whole size up. I originally ordered these in an 8 and they were too small so i reordered them in a size 8.5 in black along with a white in size 9 because they didnt have an 8.5. The 8.5 was still too small. The 9 fit perfectly. Guess i will be only keeping the white even though both colors are so cute. Dont want to have to keep on dealing with purchasing and returning.

Loved the style and fit of these, but they stained my toes black each time I wore them (ruined many a light pedicure). I sadly found that they didn’t hold up well to heavy wear, the sides especially wore thin. They will loosen up quite a bit so buy your regular size (I sized up half a size, which is necessary for me in most Steve Maddens), and wear peds!

Based on other reviews I ordered 1/2 size larger. Unfortunately, the foot bed still wasn't long enough - my heel was hanging off the back. However, the upper was quite roomy. I returned because I was afraid to order a full size larger as the upper was already large. I figured a whole size bigger would be too big and loose on my foot and I wouldn't be able to keep the shoe on. Unfortunately I had to return.

After reading the other reviews I ordered 1/2 a size up. The sole of the shoe was still too short on me. The upper of the shoe was big and I didn't want to go up a whole size as the shoe would be too big in the upper and I'd have trouble keeping it on. Unfortunately, I'll have to return.

Very cute shoe for a slip on but runs at least a half size small. The fabric of the shoe is soft and stretches which makes them a bit floppy. I suppose you could add a pad to the toe box, but I decided to return instead.

my foot is a perfect size six, i bought half size up and the shoe fits perfectly. the buckle jingles and clucks when i walk like a jangling dog collar. as a result, they are going back.

These shoes are SO cute, but I ordered my usual size 9 and my foot hung off the back of the shoe, so I sent them back. I ordered a half size up from the Steve Madden website and they fit, but were still a little too narrow for comfort.

These mules are OK but the look was disappointing so I returned them. The pointy toe on the shoe made my average-size foot look like a boat. The leather is very nice; almost feels like soft glove leather. I was surprised by the softness of the leather as I expected these shoes to be stiff. I read other reviews stating to order up, so I did go up 1/2 size and the fit was OK in the length. My regular size would have been too short. Also I found these to be slightly wide, so if you have narrow feet I'd not recommend them. These slides have zero arch support so if you need a supportive shoe please pass on them. Oh, and one more thing, the horsebit hardware made a kind of "jingle" noise when I walked.

These were just about a half a size too small so my heel was extending off the shoe. Also, for me, the quality matches the low price. The buckle jingled when I walked, which drove me absolutely nuts so I had to return.

I normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the shoe. With mules I always order on the longer side so that my heel won’t hang off the back of the shoe. The length on these shoes was perfect, but they felt wide and had little arch support; was not able to keep them on my feet. The fit was better after I placed a pad inside the shoe, but I didn’t want to do that with a pair of mules. The buckle also seemed a little cheesy to me, so unfortunately I had to send them back. Zappos customer service/return process is exceptionally simple so that wasn’t a hassle. This shoe just didn’t work out for me.

I’m usually a size 7. I ordered an 8 based on reviews. My heal was still hanging over the edge! Steve Madden needs to correct their sizes. Really odd fit overall. Disappointed.

I never listent o the reviews of shows because I have a narrow foot and it's usually the width that make shoes small. I should have listened as my heel was hanging off hte edge, and again, I have small petite size 7 feet. I am willing to do an exchange andgive it one more shot. I went up a 1/2 size just in case, not nearly enough. I am HOPING an 8 will do it, but thinking maybe 8 1/2 would be better. Looks like a childs' shoe tbh.

Super small! I wear an 11 in almost every shoe, but these were a whole size too small. Unfortunate since they are so cute!

The fit is all wrong on these. I usually wear a 7 in open toe shoes, and a 7.5 in my boots and booties, just because I like the room. I ordered these in 3 sizes, 7.5, 8 & 8.5. None work. I'm sure the 9 would have been good, but I'm going to go with the Sam Edleman mules instead. They're a little more pricey, but worth it.

These are just meh. They look much more like old lady shoes than how they look online. They are just really ugly. It looks like the top soles are glued on and will soon start coming off. They don’t appear to be a good quality for the price. These definitely run at least a half size small, I wear a 7.5 and the 8 is fitting like a 7. These will be going back.

Runs super small!!! I had to return for 1/2 size bigger and I could have gone a full size. Disappointed bc I don’t feel like returning a second time but they are STILL TOO SMALL!

FYI - these shoes run small, and looked cheaper than I imagined (yes they were cheap).
